" what!! Hindi makakarating sa dinner si Sarah?"

" mom.. im sorry.. nahihiya nga pong magsabi sa inyo ni Sarah. They are still on shooting.. di din sila maka pag pack up ng maaga" mom looks so sad. It's her birthday today at syempre igo-good time ko muna si mommy. Im planning to surprise mom by bringing Sarah here. Sarah's ok with the plan too..

Kasalukuyan kaming andito sa living room. Ang lungkot ni mommy when i told her about the news..

" Giorgia is not here, tapos si Sarah, di din sya makakarating."

" mom" i hugged her sideways saka kinintilan ng halik sa sentido. " we're here naman nina papa st paolo.."

" but my girls are not here"

"Aw.. Giorgia will videocall you later.. ganun na lang din si Sarah"

" or maybe we can set visit her.." biglang sabi nito. Nagliwanag ang mga mata nito habang sinasabi nito ang suhestiyon.

" mom? Im -

" sige na son.. call Evelyn.. please son.."

Hinarap ko ito saka kinulong ang mga mukha nito sa palad ko.

" i love you mom.. happy happy birthday!! And ,. " napa pout muna ako bago nagsalita. " and , bakit feeling ko mas mahal mo na si Sarah kesa sa akin.. am i not enough?"

" heh!! Arte!! " she pinched my cheeks saka nagsalitang muli. " i love you so much son.. i love you.. pero , i also love Sarah na eh.. she's really a gem. A very rare gem! So kelan mo bang balak pakasalan si Sarah?!"

" mom!!"

"At wag mong iniiba ang usapan. Let's visit her na lang.."

" im sorry mom. Pero no set visit .. she will surely call you later.." malungkot itong tumango.

"  marry her na son.."

" Mom!?!"

" what!? Kami na ba ni papa mo ang mamanhikan? When? Ang bagal mo ah!"

" mommy!! Wag nating biglain si Sarah and her family! . And mom, she's going to be my wife.. soon.. di ko na papakawalan ang babaeng yun"

" good! I really love her .. she makes you so happy .. and im happy to see you glow and inlove with each other.. make her your wife soon" nakakatuwa tong mommy ko. She's even pinching my cheeks while she's telling me to get married!!

" hahahah! Yes mommy!! I will! And i can say to you now, that its happening soon.. so soon.."

I could see the excitement and happiness in mom's eyes. Im so lucky to have mom and papa as my parents. They both are selfless and one day, if God permits, id be just like them to my future kids too .. and to my Sarah.. my wife..

" mam Glenna " sabay pa kaming lumingon ng tinawag si mommy ng kasambahay namin.

" yes?"

" padala po nina mam divine. Organic mangoes po."

" oh wow!!!! Can i see? Sino nagdala? "
