Avenger's One-shots and Preferences

I know I've been trying to make the reader race neutral for the most part, but this time I'm going to make a slight exception after being moved from this conference I attended. Make do with this one-shot what you will.

Tony Stark: Korean

Thanks to Stark Industries outreach program in South Korea, you got an internship working there for your engineering major. You met Tony at one of his charity events and there was instant chemistry between the two of you. He thinks you're the most beautiful  and smartest woman he ever met.

Steve Rogers: Turkish

You lived in Turkey the first eight years of your life before your family immigrated to New York. You met Steve at a cafe your second year in college. When your parents met Steve and saw how respectful he was towards you and them, they practically welcomed him to the family (also Steve thinks you look absolutely adorable wearing your hijab).

Bruce Banner: Indian

You attended school at Cambridge University before going back to India to practice medicine. You met Bruce in Calcutta, when treating patients. You and him can talk for hours about medical and scientific subjects, and he also thinks you're an amazing cook.

Clint Barton: New Zealand

You've been living in Auckland pretty much your whole life when you met Clint, who was undercover as a photographer. You're also one quarter  Maori on your mother's side, and one of your hobbies is practicing traditional Maori dances. Clint practically fell in love at first site when you performed one dance for him.

Thor: Chinese

You Lived in China then left for New York where you became a classic ballet dancer for a troupe in Upper Manhattan. You met Thor when he went to one of these performances and was captivated by the beauty and talent of your dancing. He said it was truly a performance he would love to see again.

Natasha Romanoff: Russian

It's a bit cliche, but your Russian background is mostly what helped you relate to Natasha, other then having grown up without ever knowing each other's parents. You met her when you first joined S.H.I.E.L.D. She's helped you to practice your English and admires your flexibility.

Sam Wilson: Israeli

You were recently drafted into the Israeli army when you first met Sam, which was during his days as a paratroop. When you met him the second time around, you had gotten out of the army, and Sam was a member of the Avengers. He saved your life when HYDRA agents abducted you and tossed you over a building; the two of you have been together ever since.

Bucky Barnes: Mexican

You and your mother lived near the border where she works at the local hospital as a nurse. You decided to follow in her footsteps when you got older. When you met Bucky, you had gotten a job on  the other side in Texas. When you started dating him, and introduced him to your mother, she was very impressed with how fluent he is in Spanish.

Pietro Maximoff: Brazilian

You've grown up and lived in the city of Salvador. Pietro had originally ran to Brazil to enjoy Carnival in Rio, but decided to see what it was like in Salvador. He literally ran right into you when he ran full speed from one city to another. You were mad at him at first but was then mesmerized by his accent and his good looks; the feeling was mutual for Pietro.

Wanda Maximoff: Serbian

You had family visiting Sokovia during the Ultron incident and rushed as fast as you could from Serbia to make sure they were okay. Luckily no one was hurt, but you did meet a rather distraught Wanda who, it turns out lost her brother. You didn't know why but you ran to comfort her, and she hasn't left your side since. 

T'challa: Ethiopian

Ethiopia is not too far from Wakanda, in fact they're practically right next to each other (hypothetically speaking). You were tending to the wheat your family was growing when some smugglers, the Black Panther was chasing from his country, ambushed you in the field. T'challa saved your life that day and you were determined to repay that debt.

Peter Parker: American

You lived the first fourteen years of your life in Arizona when your dad's business had him and your family move to New York. You had a hard time fitting in to the new high school environment but Peter was there to make the transition easy for you.

James "Rhodey" Rhodes: Nigerian

You were born in Lagos and your family immigrated to the States a year after. There, you grew up and went to medical school where you specialized in internal medicine. Later, you became an airforce doctor; that's when you met Rhodey. It was instant chemistry.

Scott Lang: Guatemalan

You grew up in the city of Antigua before you moved to start college in San Fransisco. You were a friend of a friend of a second cousin of Luis, and he was the one who set you up on a blind date with Scott. You were a little hesitant at first, but after a fairly nice dinner, you found yourself falling for the guy.

Loki: Irish

You grew up near Dublin then moved to London to find work. You bumped into Loki while running late on your very first day. That was the beginning of a series of awkward meetings which eventually led to you beginning a serious relationship with him.   

Vision: Italian

You had just finished shopping in Florence and were heading home when some HYDRA agents ambushed you and a group of people that were at the wrong place at the wrong time. Lucky for all of you, Vision had shown up and saved the whole of you. He seemed to take an instant liking to you, and the feeling was mutual.

Nick Fury: Filipino

You pretty much spent your whole life by the seaside, and one of your favorite hobbies was surfing. One day while you were in the waves a HYDRA submarine sprang up out of nowhere; if Fury wasn't there, you would've drowned. Since that day, Fury brought you to S.H.I.E.L.D where you became a top class field agent.
