"YES! FINALLY IN EOKING TOWN!" Mark shouted in joy.
It has been 1 day since the incident in Misty Forest. Recon team has been walking for the entire day until they have finally reached Eoking town.
"Shut up Mark, do you want to embarrass us?" Ace insulted.
Mark glared at him and the two started to throw insults ay Ace.
"Ah, there they go again." Elizabeth complained.
"Haha, at least they kept the team lively." Kim said.
"They are just idiots." Grace said.
"Hey, is it just me or the town looks abandoned?" Mark asked.
"Yeah, now you have mentioned, there is not a single soul walking in the streets. The windows and doors are also closed. It's nothing like Timber Town." Kim said.
Grace sighed. "Looks like this place has been affected due to the war too." She said.
"Hello? Anyone home?" Kim shouted.
"Looks like no one's home." Mark replied.
Recon team then continued to walk down the streets and looked around. There isn't even a single soul around.
"Hey, there are no archidon flags around." Ace said.
"Now that you mention it, yeah there's no archidon flag!" Grace exclaimed.
"Is this town overran?" Elizabeth asked.
"It may be." Kim replied.
"Hey! What are you all doing here?" A voice suddenly shouted at them from behind.
The voice is from a man, probably in his 30s. He is holding a small dagger.
"Who are you? And what happened to this town?" Grace demanded.
"Who am I? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" The man laughed out loud.
"What's so funny?!" Grace shouted and pointed an armed bow at him.
"Grace calm down!" Kim commanded.
"I am Bram Victor! Leader of the Chaos Empire scouting team!"
"You're from the Chaos Empire?!" Ace shouted.
"What's the Chaos Empire?" Kim asked.
Mark facepalmed. "Seriously Kim?! You don't even know the Chaos Empire?!" Mark shouted at Kim.
"No, is it a food?" Kim asked innocently.
The entire recon team facepalmed.
"You know there are five main factions in Inarmota right?" Ace asked.
"Yeah, they are the Archidons, Swordwrath, Speartons, Magikill and the No man's." Kim replied.
"Yes, but there is one more faction smaller than the other 5. They are the Chaos Empire." Ace explained.
"Chaos Empire?" Kim asked.
"Yes they may be weak but recently a new leader was appointed and had unified the factions in the north, making them very strong in an extremely fast rate. They may become a threat to us one day." Ace further explained.
"Hey, enough lessons, let's kill." Bram said and snapped his fingers.
Suddenly, recon was surrounded by soldiers holding daggers.
"Kill them! Leave no prisoners!" Bram commanded and the soldiers charged towards them.
"Form a defensive circle! They are trained soldiers just like us!" Ace commanded.
Recon team heeded Ace's command and formed a defensive circle.
"KILL THEM ALL!"
