Chapter 14: Eoking Town part 3

28th January 1074, 3.06pm

Outskirts of Eoking Town, with Ace and Elizabeth

Ace opened the slip of paper that Kim has given him. It wrote:

To the members of recon team. If there were a time of desperate moments, I would have probably given you this slip of paper. Use this in case of emergency. Note: It will only work at night. Draw out this magic circle and drip some of your blood on the circle. After that, Chant this:

'All hail the holy spirits, help me in this age of desperate times. Serve me with pride and loyalty. Come to me and join me in this world, I hereby summon thee, the destruction of worlds!'

Ace stared at the slip with wide eyes, this is one of the Magikill incarnations, why would Kim have it?
"Ace! Hello?! Earth to Ace!" Elizabeth shouted while Ace is staring at the paper.

"Ace!" Elizabeth shouted again and finally got Ace's attention.

"Jeez, I'm not deaf. There is no need to shout at me." Ace answered back.

"Then you could at least answer me!" Elizabeth shouted.

"Chill!" Ace shouted.

"What's that?" Elizabeth asked while pointing at the paper.

"It's something that Kim given to me before he got captured." Ace answered.

"Huh? Lemme see!" Eluzabeth said and snatched the paper from Ace's hands.

"Hey! Be careful! It may rip!" Ace scolded.

Elizabeth ignored him and started reading it.

"Let's do it." Elizabeth said.

"You sure? If something goes wrong it will be dangerous." Ace said.

"I know, but it is the risk we must take it. To save Kim!" Elizabeth said.

Ace sighed and followed her.

In Eoking Town. With Kim, Mark and Grace.

After they got captured, Kim, Mark and Grace were locked up in the same jail cells. The cells were in a one of the buildings in the Town.

"Hey, you there. You must be their leader right?" Bram asked while pointing at Kim.

Kim ignored him and didn't speak up.

"Give him another one." Bram said.

His soldiers whipped Kim in his back. Kim screamed in pain. He has been getting tortured while chained by the Chaos soldiers ever since he got captured.

"You are sure resilient, even after all of this you are still not giving in." Bram said.

"I'll rather die than give in to you bastards." Kim said with a glare.

"HAHAHAHAHA! Interesting! You are the most interesting man I have ever met!" Bram laughed crazily.

Kim glared at him with anger. He wanted to kill him.

"Men! Torture him for another 15 minutes and then throw him into his cell." Bram said and walked away.

15 minutes later

"Get in!" The soldier shouted and shoved Kim into the cell.

"Kim!" Mark exclaimed and helped Kim up.

"What did they do to you?" Grace said and saw his wounds.

Grace covered her mouth to prevent vomiting. The soldiers have tortured Kim till they could see the flesh.

"Gods, Kim hang in there!" Mark said.

"This is nothing compared to the pain I have suffered in my life." Kim said with a smirk.

"You idiot! You are bleeding out!" Mark said while taking off his shirt and wrapped it around Kim to stop the bleeding.

"I'm fine Mark, I'm sure that help will get to us..." Kim said and he blacked out.

"Kim! Kim! Don't die on me! You still have a mother back home!" Mark shouted with tears in his eyes.

"Stop! He's not dead yet!" Grace shouted.

"He fainted from the loss of blood. He is still alive. We must stop the bleeding." Grace commanded.

Mark heeded Grace's advice and wiped away his tears.

8.56pm

"Okay, you ready?" Ace asked.

"Yes, you go first." Elizabeth said.

They have been patient and waited till night. They have drawn a magic circle on the ground and decided that Ace should do the ritual.

"Alright, let's do this." Ace said and cut his hand with a knife.

His blood started to drip onto the magic circle and he began to chant.

"All hail the holy spirits, help me in this age of desperate times. Serve me with pride and loyalty. Come to me and join me in this world, I hereby summon thee, the destruction of worlds!" Ace chanted but nothing happened.

"Huh? Nothing happened!" Ace exclaimed.

"It can't be! Try again!" Elizabeth said.

Ace nodded and tried again. He tried again and again but nothing happened.

"Damn it! Why nothing is happening!" Ace shouted in frustration.

"Let me try." Elizabeth said.

She cut her hand and started to drip blood onto the circle.

"All hail the holy spirits, help me in this age of desperate times. Serve me with pride and loyalty. Come to me and join me in this world, I hereby summon thee, the destruction of worlds!" Elizabeth exclaimed and the magic circle glowed red.

"It's working!" Elizabeth exclaimed.

Ace stared in amazement. The magic circle then started to flare up with purple flames.

"Woah! Elizabeth look out!" Ace shouted.

In the centre of the circle, a man that looked like in his twenties appeared fron the ground. After he appeared, the magic circle disappeared and the flames extinguished.

"You summoned me my master. My name is Lucifer, the destruction of worlds." The man said while kneeling down to Elizabeth.
