Chapter 31: Advance! To the Spearton!

8th March 1074, 8.53am

It has been three days since the defeat and annihilation of the Swordwrath faction. The once mighty faction is now in control of the allies. Thanks to the rich and strong metal found in the territory, the allies have stronger and well protected armor and weapons. They even replaced all of their clubs with swords.

After the defeat of the Swordwrath, the allies have heard some rumors of strange things happening in the north. Like a giant have appeared in the lands of the Magikill, wrecking havoc everywhere he goes (Aramis). And also a group of dangerous criminals and villians called Yoake, supporting the rebel army.

The allies have other problems to take care of too. The rebel empire is gaining support from the Magikill and is getting stronger. They have approximately about 6,000,000 plus soldiers and the amount is increasing. The soldiers consists of rogue Swordwrath and Archidons that do not want to join the Order Empire.

But, the Order Empire is also gaining much support. The Speartons favoured the allies and are trying to forge an alliance with them. And that's also recon team's next mission. Their next mission is to meet up with a small Spearton team and do some agreements regarding the alliance. One of the mightiest generals, General Johan from the Speartons, will also be present.

Currently, recon team is busy relaxing since it has been a while since their last day off. They were enjoying their peaceful morning inside their own personal room inside Osork Castle when suddenly...

"Kim! You have been summoned by King Arthur!" A guard called out to Kim.

Kim was in the middle of playing chess with Ace when the soldier called. Kim grunted but got up to meet his King. He really hated to be called up during his day off.

"Why does father need to see you?" Ace asked. "Is it about your eye?"

"I'm not sure but I don't think it is about that." Kim said. "And don't you dare cheat, I'll be back soon."

Ace chuckled and waved at him goodbye.

While walking to the throne room, Kim realised that the Swordwrath faction really cared a lot about design. The interior of the castle is really nice and big. Way too big. It literally took Kim an hour to walk to the throne room.

He looked out the windows and also realised that the civilians from the once great faction are doing well despite their homes getting taken by them. Rather than being resentful, they looked and felt relieved that the Swordwrath have fallen. The soldiers and civilians spent the days cleaning the aftermath and rebuilding houses that Lucifer have burned down.

After what it seemed like an eternity, Kim finally reached the throne room. He adjusted his armor and rank, and marched into the throne room. Inside the throne room he could see King Arthur and Queen Apricot sitting in separate thrones next to each other. Soldiers from both the Order Empire and the and the Archidons are lined along the walls. Kim marched to the center of the room and kneeled upon his leaders.

"My King and Queen, you have summoned me." He spoke while kneeling down.

"Ah please rise Lieutenant Kim." Queen Apricot commanded.

Kim rose and stood in attention.

"Kim, I have summoned you for your next mission. Since this is an important mission, I have to brief you personally." King Arthur said.

"You and your team will proceed to a location called Peligor Fields to once again do some diplomacy. Your mission will be to meet up with General Johan from the Spearton and do some diplomacy regarding the joining of the Speartons and our alliance." King Arthur finished.
