Kim's POV

Finally, I have own bed. The past week of sleeping in the sleeping bag had been dreadful.

I had just completed my duties for today. I requested permission to speak with the Emperor and debriefed the Griffins. My work today is done. I entered my own personal room and lot up the candles inside my room.

"It's been a while hasn't it?" A voice spoke behind me.

Instinctively, I grabbed my spear and pointed it at the direction of the voice. It was Kotex! That bastard!

I ran straight and tried to pierce through his mask. But my spear and I went through him. He was not hurt!

"Relax Hero Of Light. I'm here is talk." He said in a calm tone.

"You bastard. Why are you here?!" I spat at him.

"I just came to talk Hero Of Light. There is no need for any hostility." He continued.

"What is there to talk?!" I shouted in anger. I could feel my blood boiling.

"What is it that drove you forward?" He asked.

I looked at him dumbfounded, why the hell would he ask me that?

"I wanted to become a hero of order." I said straight to his face.

He paused for a second and started to chuckle.

"A hero of order? What a joke." He spat.

"What did you say you piece of crap?!" I shouted at him, ready to jump on him.

"Heroes cannot save the world. They have not and will never save the world." Kotex said.

I clenched my fist in anger and launched it at his masked face.

"Shut up! All you so is kill people and disrupt peace! You have no right to mock me!" I shouted and dashed at him.

But again, I passed right through his body. What kind of magic is that?

"I will save the world with righteousness and order. I will not be like you, a person who disrups peace and kills the innocent!" I continued.

"Righteousness cannot save the world. If it could, then the world would  already be saved." Kotex said.

"You would never know! Everything will be decided on the battlefield. I believe peace can be fought in the battlefield. And that is also the place where so will send you to hell." I said in a determined tone.

"There's no hope on the battlefield. It has nothing but unspeakable despair. Just a crime we call victory, paid by the pain of the defeated. Yet humanity has never recognized this truth. And the reason for that is, in every era, a dazzling hero has blinded people with their legends and prevented them from seeing the evil bloodshed. The true nature of humanity has not advanced a step beyond the stone age!" Kotex shouted.

I was stunned, I haven't thought of it Now but... He's true.

"I don't care! I will save everyone. No one will die as long as I can save them!" I shouted.

"Have you found a way to save them then?" Kotex asked.

Damn it. I haven't thought about it yet! Damn it! Damn it!

I stomped my feet in frustration. I looked down onto the floor with shame. My fists were clenched so tight that blood may seep out.

"Not yet..." I mumbled.
