A legend forgotten by time, but not forgotten by people. The story of the Hero and the Villain. A classic story. People knew what they did, but didn't know their motives. Some speculated that it is for peace, others believe it is for war. Some said that it is for love, some say it is for hate. Some would say that they did it for others, some say they did it for themselves. People would not know.
Everyone in Inarmota knows the legend of the Hero Of Light and the Villain Of Darkness. Centuries ago, a comet from the heavens fell onto Inarmota, the comet gives people magic powers capable to shape mountains and create oceans. Because of that power humans grew greedy, they are filled up to the brink of it. So much that they experienced a war, a war with so much intensity it killed the stars and blot out the sun. Two factions emerged, The Magikill and the Empire. (The northern side of Inarmota remains untouched and unexplored by humans due to the strange beings that roam in that area, so only the sourthern side of Inarmota was inhabited by humans.)

In midst the chaos of war, a man that wield Excalibur from the Empire rose above the rest as the Holy Guardian. At the same time, a wizard from the Magikill rose to power and became known as Death. The two clashed again and again, causing mountains to be destroyed and creating valleys so deep that lava rose onto the ground. After several clashes, they realized that both of them are equally matched.
It was until the wizard craved for more power that he eventually became the Phoenix Of Hatred.

The Phoenix engulfed the lands in black flames that could not be extinguished and went on a rampage, killing men from both the Empire and the Magikill. Its fire burning everything onto the ground. The man from the Empire knew he has to stop the Phoenix and fused together with Excalibur, together, he became the Dragon Of Light.

With his new powers, the dragon went and faced the phoenix. The two mythical creatures fought for three months until there was a clear winner. The battle scarred the earth and everything around them ceased to exist. The war between the Magikill and the Empire continued to rage even with the chaos of the creatures fighting.
The brawl between the Phoenix Of Hatred and the Dragon Of Light reached its climax. With it's dying breath, the dragon tackled the phoenix and pushed it into a volcano where they both perished together. Due to the willpower and hatred of the phoenix, it vowed to return after death.
So after it's death, the phoenix's soul still lingers and finds a host to make him or her the Villain Of Darkness. And to stop the phoenix at all costs, the dragon's soul also lingered to find a host to make him or her the Hero Of Light. Legend stated that the two will eventually meet and will fight to the death once more.
But like all things, time will eventually make legends into myths.
But through hearing a myth, a man takes an action.
