6th February 1074, 10.07am
Fighting continues, bodies from both the Swordwrath and Archidons littered the once majestic Aoks City. Screams and shouting echoed through the city. The smell of fire and blood spread all around the broken city. Civilians are in a safe place, mostly the women, children and elderly were evacuated from the northern gate, where no Swordwrath are present. The brave men of the Archidon faction stayed to fight the savage invaders from the Swordwrath. At the southern gate, the defences are slowly cracking, it is only a matter of time when the Swordwrath take over the walls and gate. At the southeastern side, a battle between brothers has started.
"Brother Mordred! You were once kind and wise. What happened to you?!" Ace shouted while exchanging blows with Siegfried.
"I am no longer the brother you once knew and loved." Siegfried answered back and deflected Ace's attack.
All Elizabeth could do was watch as Ace battled it out with his brother. She wanted to help but she knew that this can only settled between the two Order Empire princes.
"Brother! What caused you to be like this?! Father treated us with fairness and kindness!" Ace asked.
"Precisely! That old fool was too kind, he never understood me!" Siegfried shouted and punched Ace in his gut, causing Ace to vomit out his breakfast.
Ace was blown away from the punch and landed next to Elizabeth.
"Ace! Come on let's go!" Elizabeth exclaimed while helping him up.
"No, not yet. I am not done yet!" Ace shouted.
"This world is a lost cause. There is no such thing as true peace. Therefore I shall bring peace to this world, by destroying all of the nations first!" Siegfried shouted and pointed his sword at Ace.
"Once the Swordwrath finishes off the Archidons, we will crush the Order Empire and soon all 5 nations!" Siegfried announced proudly and laughed in a sinister tone.
"Brother Mordred, how? How have you fallen so greatly into darkness?" Ace asked while holding onto his sword.
"Shut up Ace, I will first end you then, that old fool back at the Order Empire as well!" Siegfried exclaimed and rushes towards Ace.
Ace thought he was a goner, he closed his eyes and accepted the fact that he was going to die. Until he realised he was still alive and heard a blade colliding with a club. He opened his eyes and saw Elizabeth blocking Siegfried's attack.
"Quickly get out of there!" She shouted.
Ace acted swiftly, he grabbed his sword and got out of that situation.
"You irritant woman!" Siegfried said and kicked Elizabeth at her right side, she literally flew into a house.
"Elizabeth!" Ace exclaimed and tried to ran to her but Siegfried cut him off.
"Painful isn't it? That's why I plan to eradicate this wretched world and create a new one. So that no one can feel that sense of loss again." Siegfried said.
"You, you bastard!" Ace shouted and rushed to Siegfried.
They battled it out hard, exchanging blows and attacks. But it seems that Ace has the upper hand. He is attacking Siegfried so fast that he could not defend them on time.
"Urgh! How could a weakling like you push me back!" Siegfried shouted and deflected Ace's attack.
"ARGH!" Ace screamed while he bombard Siegfried with a mass of attacks.
"That's it!" Siegfried shouted and then chanted a spell.
"Incantation Angel of Water I invoke your might to give me your power!" He chanted and immediately, a string of water appeared on his hand.
"This is the end!" Siegfried shouted and the small string of water turned into a whirlpool and enveloped Ace, making him trapped.
"What the-" Ace said but was cut off when the water reached him.
"HAHAHAHA! See Ace? This is the power I have now!" Siegfried shouted.
The whirlpool then slammed against a house and disappeared, leaving Ace unconscious.
"And I win." Siegfried said proudly.
He then turned to his Swordwrath Soldiers, who are cheering at the sight of their leader winning the fight.
"Alright! Let's advance and take this city!" Siegfried commanded and the soldiers poured into the city. The southeastern gate has fallen.
Meanwhile at the southern gate
The fight against the Swordwrath is intense. It was not uncommon for soldiers to go into hand-to-hand combat. Archidon soldiers are fighting with all their might and the Swordwrath are losing men and morale.
"Fire!" An Archidon officer commanded and the Archidon soldiers fired arrows enough to blot out the sun.
Arrows rain upon the Swordwrath. The Swordwrath are falling apart, some have started to give up and run away while some stayed to fight. The Archidons on the other hand were unified and strong. They started to push the Swordwrath back. Kim, Mark and Grace are together on the front lines, supporting the struggle.
"Run! Get out of here!" A Swordwrath soldier shouted.
Victory at the southern gate but defeat in the southeastern gate.
"The southeastern gate has fallen? That means..." Kim said and started to panic.
"Recon team! Ace and Elizabeth are in trouble! Let's go rescue them!" Kim commanded.
Mark and Grace nodded their heads and they sprinted to the southeastern gate.
Southeastern gate, 11.28am
Recon team ran towards the southeastern gate but were stopped by the giant victorious Swordwrath army from the gate. And Siegfried is leading the great push.
"Get out of our way!" Siegfried shouted.
"You, what happened to Ace and Elizabeth?" Kim demanded.
"The weakling and the woman? I killed them." Siegfried said.
Kim started to boil with rage. He gripped onto his club.
"Grace and Mark, you two sneak past them and rescue Ace and Elizabeth. Leave this to me." Kim said and stood in a stance.
"Okay, I understand." Grace responded and they both continued on their mission.
"I'm going to beat the shit out of you." Kim stated.
"HAHAHA! I would like to see you try punk." Siegfried replied and drew his bloodied up sword.
