16th March, 7.23am

A day has passed since Yoake and the Griffins have fought. Also a day since Aramis the giant joined together with the Spearton Army escorting the Griffins. The army is currently resting up from the ambush of the Swordwrath rebels and are also extremely shock at the sight of Aramis. Some soldiers have doubts about him joining them and are afraid of him. But Aramis has already stated that he is just seeking help for his kind and is not interested in attacking them.

The war is looking hopeless for both sides. The Rebels have mobilised more men than the Order Empire but were poorly equipped and trained. The Order Empire has better equipment and professional trained soldiers with good leadership and morale. But the problem is that they are severely outnumbered.

The appearance of sacred and ancient weapons in the war are also causing problems for both sides. Weapons such as The Cursed Sword Akumu and Kim's holy spear, are some of the sacred weapons that can potentially make some devastating effects on the battlefield.

Although the war looked hopeless, one thing is certain for both sides. As another battle ends, the conclusion of this war a step closer.

Kim's POV

I got up from my sleeping bag, my hair in a mess and my eyes half opened. Why does morning come so fast? I am still tired. Ugh.

I turned around and see that Mark and Ace are still sound asleep. I quietly sneaked out of my tent and yawned loudly. It is way too early, the sun has just barely rose and Spearton soldiers are already hard at work, preparing breakfast and trying to secure the giant that 'joined' us yesterday.

That giant was strange. Very strange. Why would he seek help from humans? Can't he just recruit one of his kind instead? These questions rocked my brain.

Speaking of yesterday, it was the first time I used his power. It felt amazing. I have never felt so powerful in all my life. I felt that I could so anything with that power. Together with my new spear, I could help the Empire win this war quickly and reduce the number of casualties.

Curiously, I walked to the giant who was shooing away the Spearton soldiers.

"Hey stop right there! Don't come any closer, that... thing is dangerous." A Spearton soldier stopped me when I was just a few meters away from the giant.

"If that 'thing' is dangerous, then why could you go instead of me?" I asked.

The Spearton soldier sighed and shakes his head. Jeez, how hard is it to persuade a Spearton soldier?

"Please? I just want to talk to him." I asked again.

"No. It is the Captain's orders, that is final." He said.

Looks like continueing to persuade him will be a waste of time. So I just turned around and walked away. Just how loyal are these soldiers?

Alright, how can I pass my time? It is still quite early... Maybe I'll just take a sort walk into the forest.

I went back to my tent and as I expected, Ace and Mark are still sound asleep. Well, I can't blame them, yesterday's battle was exhausting as hell. I grabbed my spear and bag silently and walked out of the tent.

I breathed in the morning fresh air of the forest and started to walk into the forest. I stared at my spear as I walked, why did it changed colour when I held it? It was black and red when Basiel held it but it changed into white and yellow when I held it. I then ignored it because I'm too lazy to think.

I walked into the misty morning forest when suddenly, an arrow was shot directly at me. I immediately dropped my bag and used my spear. I split the arrow in half with my spear.
