No One But You (Draco X Reader)

Chapter 6

You were just laying down your common room and you don't want to do anything. It was Saturday anyways so doing nothing is fine. Everyone else were going around doing whatever they want to do. After that incident where Draco told you to know where you should stand, he wasn't talking to you that much anymore. But Caleb said he was feeling sorry. You saw him walked outside with Blaise and Caleb maybe going to fool around. But you were shocked when he came back. Well, Blaise and Caleb were just standing by the door waiting for him. You sat down looking at Draco walking slowly towards you. As he was near enough, he started to talk.
"I just want to say sorry. You know, for what I did. For what I said the last time. Caleb said you were actually upset" he said looking down and back at you.
"Yes. Yes, I was. I didn't expect someone like you would think about those kinds of things." you simply said unto him.
"I'm really sorry. Friends?" he said and offered you a hand. You stood up and walked in front of him. You then shook his hand.
"Apology accepted. Friends? I don't know yet" you said smiling. He smiled back at you genuinely for the first time.
"Yeah. I get it. Maybe another time" he said running his hand on his hair.
"You know what, you're kinda cute when you smile. You should do that more often" you said unto him smiling and sitting back down.
"Yes, he is. And it'll be because of me" some girl upstairs said. Parkinson.
Once Draco saw who it was, he just rolled his eyes and hurried out.
"Gotta go. See you around" he said and run to the door with Blaise and Caleb.
"Don't ever talk to Draco again! He's mine!" Parkinson spat at you
"Why would I do that? Are you the boss of me? Plus, he doesn't even like you more than the way I don't like you" you sneered at her
"And what makes you think of that?" she spatted once again
"See the way he runs when you come around? It's like his father is about to teach him a lesson" you snorted at her.
"And you suppose he likes you?" she said eyeing you up and down
"Nope. And I don't like him either" you told her as Andrea and Millicent came in a little to excited.
"Y/N! You have to come out! Someone's waiting for you!" Andrea said
"More like, there are two of them" Millicent corrected.
You then stand up and went with them. Parkinson and the other girls were following behind. As you stepped out of your Slytherin house, there they stand. Chase and Liam. Chase was holding a long stemmed rose and Liam was holding a trench coat just for you.
"At last she came out! Here you go" Chase sighed and handed you the rose
"Here, I brought you a coat. It's kinda chilly outside" Liam said as he handed you the coat.
"How long have you been here?" you asked
"About an hour or two" Chase said
"You could've just owled me to come outside" you told them
"Then it wouldn't be a surprise" said Liam
"So, where are we up to?" you asked
"Well, just like we said, we're going to spend more time together. It's a little bit late to start but, we're doing it. Let's go down by the black lake and play around" said Liam.
"Liam, it's almost the end of November!" you exclaimed.
"Better. The lake would be frozen. And it's nice to play with some snow, so come on!" Liam told you and drag you out of the castle while Chase followed you.
"Ohh, she's so lucky!"
"I want to be her!"
"He's brother is sooo cute!"
"And the Head Boy too!"
All the girls were whispering around as you go down the Black Lake.

You were having a fun time with Chase and Liam playing around when you noticed Caleb, Blaise and Draco just walking around. You threw a ball of snow at Caleb and it hit him in the head.
"Hey!" he exclaimed
"What? Frozen on the ground?" you teased him as your brother and Liam laughed.
"Oh, yeah? We'll see about that!" Caleb said picking up some snow to throw at you. The four of you were having fun playing snowball fight while Blaise and Draco watched you amusingly. You again hit Caleb in the head and he fell down. Blaise laughed so hard he was bending. Then suddenly a snowball landed on his face causing him to stop laughing.
"That's for laughing at me" Caleb said and he run along as Blaise came running with a snowball in his hand.
Draco was laughing at them and then he turned around to go back to the castle. Then you threw a snowball at him that landed at the back of his head.
"What the? Hey!" Draco exclaimed.
"You aren't going back without a fight now won't you?" you said as he shake his head running down joining you.

You, Chase, Liam, Caleb, Blaise and Draco had a fun time playing by the Black Lake having a snowball war instead of a fight. You felt like you're all five year old kids again. You were all on your way back to the castle to get some dinner. You were playing and wanting to get a good fight when you get lost track of time and skipped lunch. You were all laughing and telling stories and going back to what happened and to what you have done earlier in your snowball war as you walk back the castle when Liam talked to Draco.
"You aren't that bad kid. You can be friendly too if want to" Liam smiled at Draco.
"Yeah. You aren't bad after all" Chase said
"Just a little weak with snowball" Blaise commented. They were all laughing  and teasing each other when you walked beside Draco.
"They were right. You aren't that bad after all. Maybe we could be friends" you smiled at him.
"You think so?" Draco asked
"Yes. Uhm, just a little bad at snowball"
you laughed
"Oh yeah? Thanks for that. Maybe I'll get back to you next year" he said.

As you were all at the great hall, you were having fun laughing around by your table. You, Caleb, Blaise and Draco. Little did you know, Parkinson was glaring at you. You were drinking your hot cocoa when Andrea nudged you. You almost spit your drink when she nudged you. What? You mouthed to her. She just look to the direction where Parkinson is. You saw Parkinson glaring at you but you ignored it.
"What does she wants?" you said a little louder than you thought it would be.
"What? Who wants what?" Caleb asked you who heard what you said in his usual place, beside you.
"Parkinson" you said. And he just looked at her.
"Oh, that. Maybe she's getting mad and jealous at you at the same time" Caleb said as he continue with his food.
"What did I do now?" you asked
"Oh, you know. She saw you playing around Draco earlier and now you're talking to him and you're like friends now" Andrea said.
"Oh, that. Whatever" you said. And went back to your food.
"Just don't mind her. Draco hates her anyways" Caleb said.
"Who hates who?" Blaise said as he was actually listening to your conversation
"Parkinson. And Draco" said Caleb
"Oh, I hate her so much! She's so irritating hanging on my arm everytime she get a chance" Draco rolled his eyes as he joined the conversation.
"Speaking of that, Caleb can you please stay by my side. I don't want her near me!" Draco half whispered half yelled as he pleaded Caleb
"No. Caleb is staying here" you said
"Please, please, please" Draco said a little panicked
"No. He's mine" you said as you snaked an arm around Caleb's arm.
"Woah. Okay fine" said Draco as he got up when Parkinson went near him. He walked around and sat on the other side of Caleb. You just looked at him and put your tongue out at him.
"You two can never be friends, can you?" Blaise said laughing at you and Draco
"Mind you, it's hard to be a barrier" said Caleb as he smiled at you while you still have your hand around his arm. You pulled Caleb closer to you and farther from Draco.
"You'll never take Caleb from me. He's mine" you glare at Draco as he just rolled his eyes. They laughed at you, Millicent, Andrea and Blaise. Caleb just looked at you and nudged you're head with his head. You look at him and just smiled.
