You were having a fun night eating at your table with your friends playing around. You are actually enjoying your first few months of second year. You were actually happy you have a great group of friends by your side. And all of you were having a laugh while the other two, Draco and Millicent, drifted to the Slytherin Quidditch team.
"Who are they going to play with for the next game?" you asked your three other friends, Blaise, Andrea and Caleb.
"Gryffindor" said Blaise before getting a bite of his chicken
"Oooh. This will be fun" said Andrea feeling excited
"So, we're having the Malfoy vs Potter mood again" said Caleb
"Definitely" you, Andrea and Blaise said in unison.
After a lovely dinner, you all went to your common room and try to study for a bit before going to bed. Usually your group study would end up to chit-chats about your classes and what you did the whole day. And some times it would end up with you guys planning what would you do after your stay in Hogwarts.
There was this one time, Blaise started to talk about crazy stuff. He's saying so much what ifs. Like what if all of you are in some kind of experiment. Or what if aliens are real. Or what if you don't have magic at all. Then all of you would give your opinions about his certain what ifs. Though mostly, its just the four of you. Blaise, Caleb, Andrea and you. You didn't mind that the two, Draco and Millicent, would miss your mini-meetings. It's the four of you who always hangs out together anyways. Millicent would be around with the quidditch team and Draco would be around with Crabbe and Goyle.
"So, we're going to have the match this weekend, right?" Andrea asked
"Yeah. It will be one to watch" said Blaise
"Definitely. The Lions vs the Snakes" said Caleb
"Do you think we'll play nice this time? I mean, no harsh intentions?" you asked
"Well, that's all up to Flint" said Blaise.
The rest of the night, the four of you tried to finish your Potions essay. It was quite easy or you and Caleb so you just helped the two. Later on, you headed to your rooms for good night sleep.

You were all having a laugh during your dinner when Malfoy let Crabbe and Goyle join you guys in. You went silent except for Blaise who still went on with his stories making you all laugh once again.
You weren't talking that much but keeps your ears open. Caleb would nudge you if you're alright and you would just nod and smile at him. A little later, you were all in your way to your common room. And as soon as you enter, you crash down the couch with Caleb and Blaise followed by Andrea and Millicent. Draco then came with Crabbe, Goyle and Parkinson. The five of you were having a laugh when Draco just walked pass by with his three goons.
"Hey, Malfoy. Let's hang out for awhile" said Blaise
"Sorry. I got quidditch to win tomorrow" Malfoy responded
"Yeah. My baby's right. And he needs to rest not to hang out with you guys" said Parkinson clinging on his arm.
"Maybe if you give him space he'll get some rest" you muttered and rolled your eyes. Caleb, Blaise, Millicent and Andrea laughed
"You're just jealous" spat Parkinson
"Haha. This one's funnier than you Blaise. Go on sing him a lullaby or whatever. I don't care" you said as you lay down near Caleb
"Stop it. Millicent, don't you have quidditch too?" Malfoy asked
"Yeah. And it's still tomorrow. So I'm gonna hang with my friends a little while" Millicent replied with a smile
"Okay. Have a good night you guys. We're going to bed" Malfoy said
"Yeah. Whatever" you said and no else responded.

"Do we really need to be here? Let's just hang out in the common room" you said as you, Caleb, Andrea and Blaise went up the bleachers.
"Yes. We're here for our team especially Millicent" said Caleb
"You're just saying that cause you love quidditch" you said sitting down
"That too" Caleb answered.
You all sat down and watch the game. You didn't really enjoyed it. You just sat there, look around and rolled your eyes. Then you noticed Harry and Malfoy rushing around the pitch probably going after the snitch. Malfoy then came crashing landing on his butt. A bit later Harry came in too crashing down as a bludger hit his arm.
"Oh, no. Harry!" You exclaimed as you stood up. Caleb and Andrea stood as well.
"He'll be attended" Caleb said calming you down. And you saw Lockhart attending Harry.
"Of all the people!?" you exclaimed and went rushing down
"Hey, where are you going?" Blaise asked you
"Infirmary" you shouted and he, Caleb and Andrea followed you.
You, Caleb, Andrea and Blaise came in the infirmary together. As you entered, you saw Malfoy sitting down a hospital bed alone.
"Hey, you alright?" asked Blaise as you all went near him
"Yeah, yeah. Thanks" Malfoy responded looking down to his feet
"Good" smiled Andrea
"Thanks for being here" Malfoy said
"Of course. We're your friends" said Blaise
"Even though you replaced us with your new friends" said Caleb
"Where are they anyways?" asked Blaise and Malfoy just shrugged.
"So much for being friends" said Andrea and you snorted. Caleb and Blaise then looked at you.
"What? I came here for Harry" you said
"Y/N. He's our friend" said Caleb
"Well, he looks fine to me" you shrugged and then came in Harry and his friends. You then walk backwards and went straight to Harry.
"Hey, are you okay?" you asked as you got near the small circle of his Gryffindor friends
"I guess so?" Harry said showing you his hand
"Your hand looks like a jelly slug. Ugh" you said a little disgusted.
Then came in Madam Pomfrey and you all stood back for her to tend on Harry.

You and your friends were sitting down the common room near the fireplace as everyone else were walking and chatting around.
"That wasn't really nice" said Caleb
"What?" you asked innocently
"What you said earlier in the infirmary" said Caleb
"Whatever. He didn't even defended us from his goons" you said
"I agree with her" said Andrea
"But he's still our friend, right?" said Blaise
"Whatever" you said hugging your knees as you watch the fire.
Malfoy then came down and sat with all of you.
"Hanging without me?" he said as he sat down
"We're used to that" you said not even bothering to look at him.
"Well. We have. For the past few weeks" said Caleb taking your side
"Yeah. Sorry about that. Maybe I have been spending more time with Crabbe and Goyle" Malfoy said
"You don't have to explain" said Blaise "Anyways, how are you guys been doing?"
"Blaise, we're together everyday. Maybe the only thing you don't know about us is our dreams when we sleep" said Andrea
"Caleb tells me his dreams" said Blaise with a little laugh.
You hang out for awhile to lighten up the mood with you feeling upset with Draco and them hiding their upset feeling to him.
"I'm sleepy. I'm going to bed" you said standing up heading to your room as Andrea and Millicent stood up ready to follow you.
"Hey, I'm sorry" said Malfoy
"Yeah. Whatever" you said and continued to your room followed by Andrea and Millicent.
"It's okay. She's not mad at you" said Caleb
"How do you say so?" Malfoy asked
"She doesn't like not being recognized by her friends. And she won't do what she doesn't like cause she knows what it feels like" Caleb explained
"What do you mean?" said Blaise
"Well, even Malfoy didn't stand up for us, he's still a friend. And she gets that" Caleb explained once again
"Even if she sounds like she doesn't get it?" Malfoy said
"You'll get used to it. She's a very difficult person" said Caleb and lead the way to their room to get some rest.
You were ready to sleep closing your eyes when Andrea spoke up.
"Are you really mad at Malfoy?" she asked you
"No, I'm not" you simply said
"Really?" Millicent asked
"Yeah. I'm not mad. I'm pissed" you said
"Well, he said sorry" Andrea said
"Yeah. But he still didn't even bother to defend us. We've been here first" you explained yourself
"I get your point" said Millicent
"Thank you" you said
"Well, okay then. Good night" said Andrea
"Yeah. Good night" said Millicent
"Good night" you said and drifted to sleep.
