You were on your first day of Defense Against the Dark Arts class. You were really excited to meet your new teacher, professor Remus Lupin. And again, you shared the class with the Gryffindors. You were walking ahead with Andrea and Hermione. And behind you on the left side was your Slytherin friends and on the right side is Ron and Harry.
"I'm so excited!" you squeaked at Andrea and Hermione
"Me too!" Hermione agreed
"I bet this is going to be so much fun!" Andrea smiled at the both of you.
You entered your class with much enthusiasm as professor Lupin greeted you. He is much better than Lockhart. And much knowledgeable and fit for the job.
He is currently teaching you a spell called "Ridikulous" that can defeat a boggart.
"Repeat after me, Ridikulous" he said
"Ridikulous" your class repeated
You were all ears to this class. And all smiles as your new professor teaches you.
"This class is ridiculous" you heard Draco said at the corner
"Oh, come on. It's kinda fun" you told him
"Yeah. It's better than catching cornish pixies" Blaise added
"It is way better" said Caleb and you laughed with your friends
"If you put it that way" said Draco laughing with you
Professor Lupin then called onto Neville and asked what was his greatest fear. Funny, it turns out to be professor Snape, your headmaster. Well, you can't blame him, professor Snape is scary some times.
Professor Lupin continued to teach you and show what Neville should do to defeat his boggart, professor Snape. Neville is ready, standing in front of the class and the wardrobe where the boggart is.
"Ready your wand" said professor Lupin and opened the wardrobe to which professor Snape came out
"Ridikulous!" Neville bravely said and professor Snape was on his grandmother's clothes. The whole class laughed at that one.
"Okay, line up" said professor Lupin and you all went in line. You stood behind Harry who was much excited as you are.
Everyone was getting their turn. Ron's boggart turned out to be a spider which was scary until it had roller skates. Then all continued. And it was Harry's turn. Next was you, you were very excited about it. Until, Harry's boggart turned into a dementor that professor Lupin had to step up and stop it. It turned into the moon? You were curious as the moon turned into a balloon and that was it. Class dismissed.
"I was so close!" you exclaimed as you went out the class.
"Yeah, me too" said Andrea who stood behind you
"Yeah. It was a way to go for Potter. Ending the class" scoffed Draco
"It wasn't his fault" you told them
"Well, it was his turn" said Caleb and you just sighed
"Let's just go to our next class" said Blaise and you all went on your way.
After a long day of studying, you finally had your afternoon time. And you decided to have some fun time alone. You went down the castle with your books and sat down your usual spot with Liam and Chase. You were so into your book and didn't bother to look at people around you. You were reading a book from Liam and loved it already.
Just then someone grabbed your book from your hand which made you piss off and ready to talk some sense to that person and you stood up, stopping to see who was it. Natasha.
"What do you want, Riggs?" you asked her crossing your arms over your chest.
"Your brother would prefer you call me Natasha" she grinned at you "Right girls?" she added asking her goons behind her
"Yeah" agreed her goons laughing at you
"Whatever, give me my book back" you said and attempted to grab your book
"Uh-uh-uh. Not so fast there, sister" Natasha said stopping you and pulling your book away
"Just give it back" you said and attempted to get your book again
"Listen, dearie" said Natasha and pushed you on the ground "stop being a little girl that keeps on ruining my time with Chase and grow up!" she said and threw you your book as her goons laughed and they started to go away.
You were dusting yourself back up when Natasha turned around.
"Oh, I forgot" she said and waved her wand. Your book then pop into single pages in the air.
You fumed in anger as you see what she did to Liam's gift. But instead of making a big scene, which you're sure your brother wouldn't like, you contained your anger and pain as you wave your wand getting your book together.
As soon as you were finish putting your book together, you run up the castle not bothering who you were bumping into. You were determined to get away from the world. So, you run up the staircase and straight to the astronomy tower you go.
You were just sitting down there, staring far away, with your book beside you.
"Hey, are you okay?" a boy asked sitting down at your right side
"Why are you crying?" asked another boy who sat down on your left side wiping your cheeks with his bare hand.
"Ah, what?" you asked
"You're crying" the boy on your left said
"Oh, I'm sorry" you said not realizing tears are falling from your eyes.
"What happened pumpkin?" the boy on your right side asked
"Yeah, who do we have to prank really hard now?" the boy on your left asked
"It's okay, Fourth, Fifth, I'll be just fine" you smiled weakly at the twins
"What happen to your book?" Fred asked you
"Oh, Natasha did it" you said
"That brat! Is it why you're crying?" George asked you
"Part. It's just that, why does she have to be so mean? I'm so mad at her but I don't want to make a scene. Not now that she's with my brother" you told them
"Oh, I see. Containing your anger inside would really turn into tears at some point" said Fred
"Yeah. But don't worry, we'll get back at that witch" said George
"No. No, I'm fine. Chase wouldn't like it" you told them
"We're doing it for you" said George
"Yeah. Besides, he's your brother, he'll listen to what you have to say" smiled Fred
"I hope so" you sighed
After a few moments Fred and George kept you company, you decided to go down and grab some dinner.
Your friends asked you where have you been as you were all eating. And you told them what happen. They were surely mad at what Riggs did to you. It is really, really childish.
"How could she!? Chase is your brother!" Andrea exclaimed
"Shush, you don't want her to hear you, don't you?" Blaise said unto Andrea
"Yeah. She's acting so childish!" Draco said
"Shush" said Blaise once again
"What? Let her come here! And I'll show her who's more powerful! That childish prat" said Draco
"Don't worry, we got your back. She won't ever do that to you again" said Caleb and you smiled weakly at them.
"Thanks, you guys" you said
"No problem" said Blaise and all of your friends smiled sincerely at you.
After your dinner, you went straight to your dorms without even saying good night to your brother. You waved at Fred and George and you went on your way to your room.
Still upset that your brother's girlfriend is a prat, all you wanted was to go and have some rest. You were with your friends at the common room when you decided to go to sleep early.
"Hey guys, I uh, feel sleepy already. I'll see you in the morning. Good night" you said and went on your way to the stairs.
"Hey" said someone and grabbed your hand. You turn around to see who is it. Draco.
"We're here for you. And I'll be with you. I mean, we" Draco said and smiled weakly.
"Thanks, Draco. Good night" you said and smiled good night as you went to have some rest.
