Chapter 15: Candor

Still near the riverside, the fight between the two singularities continued. Dahyun was still stuck inside Momo's box. She tried different ways to escape but all of them failed miserably. Just then, an idea struck her head. She knew it was risky, because she had never tried it before, but it was the only thing that she could do in the situation.

"Okay. Calm down, you can do this Dahyun."

She took a deep breath and exhaled. The gravitational pull of the dark matter was really strong that she had to use ice on her own legs. A clone popped out above the box.

"Oh? You're not giving up?" Momo smirked. But the clone did not reply.

Dahyun continued to focus. Slowly the clone above was getting sucked in what seemed like a black hole. Inside the box, a similar thing was happening to Dahyun. Soon both of them were fully sucked in, making their bodies disappear.

"Oh? Is she dead? Damn, I overdid it." Momo sighed, still looking at the iron box she made.

Suddenly a white-ish hole appeared. Dahyun was being pushed out from the hole. Until, finally her entire body was out. Meanwhile, her clone had the same experience. The other Dahyun popped out inside the box that Momo made. So basically, she switched positions with her clone.

"You were saying?"

"H-How did y-you do that?!" Momo was in disbelief.

"I'm half blood hun~" The other girl smirked.

"Now that you think about it, you're really unusually white."

"Shut up."

"Tofu eagle tofu eagle tofu eagle tofu tofu tofu eagle." Momo started teasing the dubu-like girl.

"I said. SHUT UP!" Dahyun screamed.

The mist a while ago started to go down again. This time, it was even thicker. The half blood girl disappeared inside the mist, leaving the iron winged girl. A barrage of punches were sent to Momo. The latter couldn't react because the mist could even stop sound.

"What the fuck. I can't see dammit." Momo cursed, trying her best to predict the other girl's next move.

She tried to run around once more, but to her dismay, the ground was already frozen in ice.

"If I stay here any longer, I might as well consider myself an icicle stick."

But then, an idea popped out of her head. She quickly charged darkness in her palm. Placing the huge dark matter down, the mist started to get sucked in. Even a couple of Dahyuns got sucked inside. The mist disappeared, revealing a single Dahyun. Her appearance has changed. She had ice in her forearms and her right eye was surrounded with what seemed like clouds. Small mist were surrounding her body.

"Woah." Momo was stunned.

She felt her heart skip a beat after seeing Dahyun. Her entire appearance was elegant, too elegant if you ask me. She suddenly realized how shitty she looks when she fuses her abilities. Unlike the girl in front of her, she was just a potato. Scratch that, she was just a peach. Unknowingly, she took a few steps forward until she reached the other girl's side.

"What are you-" Dahyun's words were cut off when Momo placed her right hand at the other girl's cheek all of a sudden.

"Shh. Let me admire your beautiful face first."

"W-What?" Dahyun was flustered. She started to feel her cheeks burn.

"Get off me now, someone might see us." Dahyun started once more, trying to push Momo away, which failed miserably.
