Chapter 34

Obviously, Klaus had now turned it on and of course Melissa had heard everything. And she did so not liked what she heard. She neared a random hot girl and compelled her. Then the girl walked up to Kai, Klaus and Betty.

"I'm Claudia." She said introducing herself to Kai.
"I'm sorry Im not interested." He replied.

"Please, only one dance?" Claudia asked as Kai looked around to see where Mel was but he saw her nowhere.

"I'm sorry but no." He said not changing his opinion.

"I'm begging you, I will die if you don't."
Kai chuckled, "Still."

"No, I'm serious-" before the girl could finish her sentence her heart was ripped out.

"You should listen to her," Melissa said from behind her, holding Claudia's heart in her hand. "And for every single time I see you or you piss me off someone else will end up dead." She coldly said as she squeezed the heart she was holding, making it explode. "Are we clear?" She said before turning around so she would walk off but Klaus grabbed her arm so she turned back again. "Don't you dare touch me. I really did believed in you, Klausie. But it turns out that the great Klaus Mikaelson can be easily hurt by words. You disappointed me." Melissa said looking angrily at her brother's eyes. "I really wonder what you have planned for me. I dont think the whole killing-Kai plan is gonna work again and there is nothing in the world I care about anymore. I really do wish you luck, because next time I see you on my way, you will end up like this little poor girl Claudia. Now, excuse me." She said getting her arm out of Klaus's grip, flipped her hair and walked away.

The two boys and the brunette looked at each other and sighed. Finding a way to bring her humanity back on wouldn't be that easy.

After they had lost tracks of her Klaus, Betty and Kai went back to the hotel where Klaus and Melissa where staying to see if there was a chance that she had went there. Klaus opened the door with his set of keys he had. They entered the room to only see that there was nothing in the room that could be Mel's. She had already gone there before them. "We are too late, all her things are gone." Klaus said.

Kai sighed, looking around he couldn't help it but be upset and mad. He put his hand into the inside of his pocket, holding something. He put it inside his hand, wanting to throw it away, break it.

"Don't." Betty said, opening his hand to take the ring from him. "We will get her back and you will give it to her." She said putting it back in his pocket. "Now do a locator spell so we can find her."

Kai nodded in agreement.

Meanwhile, Mel had already found another hotel to stay. She took her room keys from the reception and walked up the stairs to the second floor where her room was. She walked down the hallway, she seemed like she heard someone or something but she just ignored it. She found her room door and put the key and unlocked it. The moment she went to open the door she was pressed against the wall. "Wow didn't I say that every single time I see you or you get on my nerves I will kill someone?" She said looking at Kai. "And since noone else is here why don't I start my killing spree from you."

"You wont do it." He said.

"And why's that?" Kai got a white oak stake out. "Oh, so you think that by threatening to kill me I will turn my emotions back on?"

"No."

"Then you will vervain or something and Klaus and Betty will appear and you will torture me until I turn it on? By the way where are those too? Havent the three of you teamed up?"

"They are not here, I've came alone." He said returning the psychotic look and looking from her eyes to her lips.

Mel chewed her lips as she noticed where his gaze was at. She the turned her look to the white oak stake he was holding. "Come on Kai, do it." She said since his 'plan' was to probably kill her. "Do it, I dare you."

Kai turned his look at her eyes and she raised an eyebrow at him. And he did it. He pressed his lips against hers and so did she before she pushed him back. She looked at him and then attacked his lips, now he was pressed against the opposite wall. They kept kissing as they moved towards the door, Mel opened the door with her right hand and they entered the room. Once the had gotten in they closed the door and moved towards the bed.

[Next Morning]

Kai woke up on an empty bed. Once he realized it, he stood up looked around. She was gone. And so was the white oak stake. He put on his clothes and looked around for his phone but she had taken that away, too. As fast as he could he walked up to the where he knew Klaus and Betty had stayed for the night.

"Why werent you answering your phone?" Betty asked as soon as Kai walked in.

"Because I don't have it anymore. When I woke up today, she was gone and so was the white oak stake and my phone."

Mel stopped a taxi. Once the taxi was stopped she grabbed the driver out of his car and drained him out of blood. She tossed his body aside and got into the taxi heading to the New Orleans.

While she was driving Kai's phone rang. She rolled her eyes once she heard it ringing and then she picked it up. She looked at the screen to see Rebekah calling.

"Hey Bekah!" She said faking her humanity-on-self.

"Hey Mel? Did Kai and Betty found you?"

"Yeah, they somehow always have a way to turn it back on, what can I see emotions are a weakness." Mel said keep faking she had turned it on.

"Good so you are coming back?"

"Yeah we are on our way. And Bekah can you please gather all the white oak stakes? I made a deal with Marcel, me and Klaus will be able to come back at New Orleans if he has all of the,."

"Ok but are you sure?"

"Yeah, trust me."

"Okay."

After that they hung up, Mel had soon arrived and she took them all and headed to Marcel's.

A few minutes later Klaus broke in the Mikaelson house. "Where is she?"

'"Who?"

"Melissa."

"She went to Marcel's with the white oak stakes for the deal."

"There is no deal, she doesnt have her emotions on she fooled you. She fooled all of you." He almost shouted losing his patience and calmness. "We have to find her."

They Mikaelsons, Betty and Kai found the location her and Marcel were at and there were gathered almost the whole New Orleans.

"Everybody can I please get your attention." Marcel shouted and everyone was looking at him. "Our town has finally a queen. Please clap your hands for your new and first ever queen of the New Orleans, Melissa Mikaelson." He said and they all did. Betty, Kai and the other four Mikaelsons were really shocked when Melissa walked in. She waved at everyone and smirked.
