Jules

I lie in my bed basking in the afterglow of making love to Gordo. It was mind boggling and my body was still reeling from it. I never knew it could feel so amazing. He made sure that I got mine and, oh my goodness, did I ever.

I wait for Joaquin to come back into the room so we can go for round two. He is getting milk for Trin, I heard him on the monitor. I hear her babbling to herself as she waits for her milk. I finally hear him come back into the room.

"Nigh, nigh, dada," she says.

"Baby, daddy is too big for that bed, I will break it," he says. It makes me giggle. She begins to cry again. "Shhh baby doll, its okay, shhh." He hums to her and she settles down again.

"Dada," she says.

"What my love?" It makes my heart full hearing him with her. He is such a good daddy to her. Like my own daddy was to me.

"I mama dada," she says. My heart stops when I hear her say this.

"You mean Jules?" He asks.

"No, mama dada," she cries again.

"Okay, okay little one, let's go find her," he says. It makes me smile.

I get up and throw on my tank top and yoga pants quickly. He opens the door to the bedroom; she sees me and smiles broadly. He looks at her and shakes his head and smiles.

"Look there is Jules," he says to her.

"No, dada, mama," she whines.

"Sorry babe," he says to me.

"Its fine, come here sweet pea, its bed time," I say. I take her in my arms.

I sit on the bed with my back to the headboard, I rock her back and forth. She drinks from her sippy cup as she looks up at me. Those baby blues are identical to her daddy's. She puts her hand near my face and I kiss it. I watch Joaquin as he digs around in his backpack that he brought in with him. He pulls out a DVD and he puts it into my TV.

"What are we watching?" I ask.

"Jeremy Johnson's bull riding videos, your dad gave it to me earlier."

"Oh what fun!" I say full of sass.

"Bull riding videos are awesome! You've got a sassy ass mouth darlin."

"You know you love it."

"Hell yeah I do." He laughs. His laugh does things to my heart. "I knew she wouldn't go to sleep tonight. She slept too much during the day."

"What are you talking about? She is out like a light!" I say and he looks and me in complete shock. "I got the touch!"

"Oh shit really? Babe you are really good with her. Jules, about her calling you mama..." he begins.

"My love, don't worry about that. This little one is amazing and has my heart already."

"If it bothers you please tell me," he says. I just give him a look that says drop it. "Okay I'm just saying."

"All right baby, I think I am gonna get some rest too."

"Before you do I have to tell you something."

"What?"

"The guys kind of heard us making love."

"What! I thought they left, oh my God was my dad here?"
