You know the truth
You have no truth
Your selflessness
Is a blanket you wrap around you
You're addicted to breaking apart your own heart
Examining every shard
Trying to bring back the points of despair
"This is where he left me for her," you say
You cling to the white noise
Looking up at the expense of the Milky Way
Trying to understand the reason he strayed
Awed at the many millennia passed in space
The secrets kept
You spend your nights like this
Rebuilding your heart
Many have asked before you
They have never found an answer
