Holland woke up and rolled over. When he realized he was alone he quickly sat up.

"Chivalry?"

When she didn't answer he quickly got out of bed and started looking for her. As he was pulling on his pants he noticed a letter with his name on it. His hands shook as he opened it.

Holland,

I know you will be very angry when you read this letter. I've left. I know you don't want this baby but I do. I will raise this baby by myself. I don't expect your help in any way. We will make it and learn to be happy without you.

I'm sorry you had to find out this way. I just couldn't bring myself to tell you goodbye. I hope you find happiness again.

Chivalry

Holland crinkled up the letter and threw it. He began throwing anything he could get his hands on. After a while he let out an angry scram and collapsed onto the bed.

How dare her leave! He had wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. Now she was gone. And all because of a baby.

He got up and started pacing. He would find her and when he did he would fix everything. If Chivalry wanted the baby then so be it. He would be the best father and make his wife proud.

"Anything for you Chivalry. Just give me a chance to make things right."
