Chapter 17: Heartbroken

YN's P.O.V

"ARGHHH!" I screamed in fear but the person pulled me close to him covering my mouth with his hand, he took of his hoodie jacket so I could see his face! I-I couldn't believe who it was...

"D-Dad!" I said looking at him while my body trembled, as I looked at his face a flashback went through my head:

*Flashback*

The sun was getting down and we decided to leave. As Justin untied Millo I thought I heard a noise...like someone calling me??!

"....YN!..." The sound called my name but so silently, the trees rustled and the wind blew making it more hard to familiarise the sound,

"Jay? Can you hear that!?" I said looking around,

"Hear what?!" He said,

"Uh! Nothing!" I said and shrugged, probably was the wind. But when I looked through the corner of my eye I saw a man like figure!!

"Who's that!?!" I said turning around but it was gone, creepy...

"Babe, you ok!" Justin said looking at me,

"Uh, yeah thought I heard someone calling me...must have been my mind!" I said, Justin laughed and we got onto Millo and left the forest.

*End Flashback*

It was my dad who was that creepy man figure when I was with Justin and Millo at the Ranch! He followed me all the way here...

"It was you wasn't it....you were the creepy man figure that disappeared at the Ranch!" I said,

"Y-yes it was. I'm so happy to see you lovebug...I've missed you so much!" He said attempting to hug me but I pulled him away forcefully,

"NO!" I shouted,

"Buddy...whats wrong?" He said looking confused,

"What's wrong? WHATS WRONG?! I'll tell what's wrong. My father left my mom and I for over 5 years and now he expects me to just bring him back into my life!!" I said walking away from him but he grabbed my wrist,

"Buddy you have to understand-"

"DONT CALL ME THAT! You want me to understand that you left us while me and mom were a wreck! She took up drinking and even got into depression...my schooling became critical, my grades went down and I was stressed! But you wouldn't care because that's why you left!" I said pulling my wrist from his hand,

"It's not what it seems...I left for a reason-"

"Yeah you did leave for a reason and I'm happy you did because mom and I have been great without you! Just go!" I said walking away again,

"LET ME EXPLAIN!-"

"JUST GO DAD...I DONT NEED YOU ANYMORE! You screwed up!" I shouted, he nodded and started walking away to a tree which he must have climbed to get in the garden,

"But YN?" He said, I rolled my eyes and turned around so I was facing him once again,

"I live in California now...a-and if you need anything or anyone my doors are always open, my house is near Long Beach." He said giving me his contact details on a card,

"Thanks...but I won't need it!" I said walking back into the house, I saw him climb the tree and leave the garden, I felt my body still trembling and my eyes began watering with tears! I slid my body down the door so I was now sitting on floor. How can my dad just come out of nowhere and expect me to bring him back in my life after leaving my mom and I in the worst state!? But what I was confused by his why he was following me...?!
