YN's P.O.V

"Are you YN YLN?" A man asked me,

"Uh, y-yes I'm YN YLN!" I replied,

"Miss YLN I'm going to the secretary of the case and you're trial is due in 5 minutes, you can come in the court room now to wait for the judge," he said, I nodded and the secretary walked into the court room, I looked at Justin and he gave me a signal saying we should go in as well,

We walked into the courtroom and it was so packed with people! I looked in the back behind the audience and there were practically ten paps with flashing cameras and news reporters filming!

"They can't allow that, don't I get any privacy!" I said to Mr.Anderson,

"When you're famous there is no such thing as privacy. Just ignore them," he said, I looked down and nodded, we sat right in front with Scooter, Justin me and then my lawyer. On the other side was Chantel's lawyer - Paul Campbell, Chantel and Chantel's Manager.

I looked over at Chantel and she was busy filing her nails!! She looked at me giving me a glare then scoffing, I looked away rolling eyes,

"May we all stand for Judge Barnes," the secretary said informing us that he's coming. We all stood up and saw the judge approach his master chair and sat down,

"You may be seated," Judge Barnes said, we all once again sat down,

"Case No.34 for the apparent kidnapping of YN YLN. Kidnapper is suspected to be Miss Chantel Jeffries," the secretary said, the Judge read through the case papers and gave glimpses towards Chantel and I as he read,

"Miss Chantel Jeffries to the stand," the Judge said but Chantel was too busy daydreaming and looking blankly, "Miss Jeffries!" The Judge said making Chantel shake from her daydream, she stood up and walked to the stand,

My lawyer stood up and looked at Chantel,

"Miss Jeffries where were you on the evening of March 25th 2014?" Mr Anderson asked walking around the courtroom confidently, (on March the 25th thats when I got kidnapped by the psycho!)

"Please call me Chantel we are all friends here!" Chantel said fake smiling, "let me see, oh I was with my good friend Justin!" She said smiling, really?! how long is she going to put up with the whole I'm smiley and innocent act,

"Mr Bieber was very good friends with you at that time, correct?" Mr Anderson asked,

"You could say that!" Chantel said winking at Justin! I felt my anger build up, "we dated actually," Chantel added,

"Chantel can you confirm if you had any jealousy over Miss YLN?"

"Jealousy? Why would I be jealous of her!" She said, there is that rude Chantel everyone knows!

"Well I did my research and I noticed you dated Mr Bieber before, but he broke up with you. I suspected when Mr Bieber started dating Miss YLN you felt jealous over their relationship so you wanted Miss YLN gone so you could have Mr Bieber all to yourself!" Mr Anderson said, the court gasped and more flashes appeared from the back from the paps,

"Is this true Miss Jeffries?" The Judge asked, Chantel looked around nervously and looked down,

"C-cause it isn't!" Chantel whispered under her breathe so not everyone could hear,

"What was that Miss Jeffires!" Mr Anderson said,

"CAUSE IT ISNT!!!" Chantel shouted causing the whole court to be quiet,
