Chapter 34: Promises

YN's P.O.V

I looked down and I couldn't believe the moment - I found Justin kneeling on one knee! I gasped covering my mouth with my hands. Justin smirked and looked at the raging crowd and then looked at me,

"Oh don't get any ideas, I'm just tying my shoe lace guys," Justin said slyly, he stood up and I playfully slapped his shoulder. How could he mess me around like that, I thought it was an actual proposal. I don't know how I could have gotten that idea. Justin and I are only 20 years old...I guess I just got my hopes up. "But that doesn't mean I'm not going to do a different kind of proposal," Justin said, I furrowed my eyebrows as the crowd we confused by his statement as well.

"YN we've been together for 2 years and it's crazy to think time flies that fast. I know through that time we've gone through hell but what kept pulling me back up was you baby. I'm tired of all the controversy, of all the rumours, of all the hate...but we can't run away from it. I don't what that jeopardising our relationship, and I'm not going to let that happen," he said gazing into my eyes, I felt so weak from what he was saying. He grabbed my hand and kissed my palm, "I want you to know this, right here is unbreakable. No one and nothing can tear me away from you. I want to spend every moment by your side. I want to be the shoulder you can cry on in despair. I want to hold you every chance I get. I want to spend my last breathe saying I love you. I want to commit to you, so you know I'm yours and only yours," he said, Justin took out a blue velvet box and opened it. A dazzling stone was quickly seen by my eyes, it looked so delicate.

"I want this ring to represent the promise I'm making to you right now," he said taking the ring out of the box and slipping it on my finger. I couldn't stop looking at the ring, it looked too precious to be on my hand.

"O-oh my god Jay! It's so...b-beautiful," I said lost for words. How can a person describe the prettiest jewel on the world - that's exactly how I felt. I tear slid down from my eyes, as Justin wiped it away and kissed my cheek. I began to giggle and smile, the moment was too surreal. "Thank you baby," I said hugging him. The crowd awed in unison making Justin and I laugh, we were acting so sappy.

"I guess you guys are my witnesses for this promise," Justin said making the crowd cheer. As we exited the stage, the crowd shouted Justin and I continuously. "YN & JUSTIN!" "YN & JUSTIN!". It made me feel so comforted knowing people respected our relationship.

Justin held my hand as he escorted me to his dressing room. We changed back into our dancing clothes, which for me was my YMCMB sweatpants, purple crop top and black vans. "You like it baby?" Justin asked, pointing at the ring.

"No I don't!" I said, Justin looked at me nervously, "I more than like it...I love it!" I said making him breathe out in relief,

"I actually thought you're going to say you didn't like it," he said laughing as he sat with me on the couch. I moved myself closer to him so my head was on his chest.

"How in the world could I say I didn't like this! It's more than beautiful Jay! I can't believe you got it just for me," I said amazed,

"I got it because you deserve it. Every princess needs a crown," he said, I blushed at his statement,

"By now I would have thought you've realised I'm no princess! I don't deserve such precious things like these," I said. It was true. How can I be given something so pure, when I'm so imperfect myself.

"Don't say that. You're worth more than that ring and I gave it to you to promise you I'll always be here. I'm not going anywhere, because I belong only to you baby," he said leaning down and placing his lips on mine. Justin was probably the only reason I saw good in me. He treats me like a princess even though he sees right though my imperfections.
