Jackie was relieved when Jack was released from the hospital. Despite her sisters (full, half and in law) offering to help her, Jackie had turned them down, but looking after two children while trying to get a decent amount of sleep was tricky. And by the end of the week Jackie was as crabby as heck. As soon as she got home, after getting reassurance from Jack that he'd take care of the kids, Jackie went straight to her warm, cozy bed.

She woke up two hours later after Jack woke her, telling her pizza had arrived for dinner.

Despite it not really appealing to her Jackie had a nice family night, the whole family sat in the living room and watched Frankenstein, the latest version (published in 1931).

Kick seemed to enjoy it to a disturbing level, Bella was honestly more intrested in the cables behind the TV then he screen.

After eating the pizza, which was actually better then usual pizza, Jackie felt sleepy again, and after putting Kick and Bella to bed collapsed onto the bed and slept once more.
