Number of and Gronckle Rider VS Axe Girl

Season 5 trailer up and running above and I don't know about any of you, but I couldn't take my eyes of that

After Dagur's truth there had been a long conversation between the dragons and believe me, it was a long one.

"I agree with Fishlegs, I'm conflicted," Meatlug said.

"I don't understand humans," Hookfang moaned.

"Who does," Toothless said. The other dragons agreed.

"Ok, Snotlout, truth or dare," Dagur asked.

"Ooh, what's he gonna ask him," Shattermaster said eagerly.

"Well he is deranged, so I'm hoping something good," Sleuther said.

"Stick his hand through fire," Windshear said.

"Break his favourite axe," Stormfly said.

"Jump of the top of the edge," Barf said. All the dragons looked at him weirdly.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure they won't dare him to do something that would definitely kill him," Toothless said.

"Truth," The dragons stared at him.

"Oh," they said looking down, disappointed that he didn't say dare.

"Guess that throws our ideas out the window," Belch said

"How many crushes have you had in your entire life," The dragons went silent.

"Whhaaaaaaattttttttt?" Shattermaster and Sleuther slurred.

"Snotlout's known for flirting with A LOT of girls," Hookfang said in a bored voice.

"Yeah, from what I've seen, he's flirted with Astrid and Heather," Toothless said, "and that's only what I know. I have no idea what he was like before," Snotlout paused for a moment.

"Truth is Dagur, I've never had any crushes," Snotlout said. Everyone stared at him like he was from another planet

"Someone punch me, I think I've stepped into an alternate dimension," Tuff said.

"With pleasure, " Ruff said and punched her brother in the face.

"Yeah, since when did you not have a crush, " Hiccup said, "you practically devote half your life to flirting with any girl that looks good,"

"Just here me out k. I don't flirt with girls for their attention. I just do it cause I like making them annoyed and the looks on their faces, priceless" The room went silent for a minute.

"WHAT!!!" Everyone said. Astrid and Heather sent him their death glares while the others were trying to get their minds straight.

"That's definitely one thing I like about you Hookfang, you don't take after your rider," Windshear said. 

"What on gods green earth makes you think I would take on the characteristics of that mindless dope," Hookfang said, " he cant even count past 10,"

"Anyway Fishface truth or dare," Snotlout said.

"Dare,"

"Oh boy," the dragons said.

"I dare you to go up on a one on one fight with Astrid," Snotlout smirked evilly. Fishlegs glanced at Astrid with a frightful look only to be met with a girl who had the innocent look...but with tiny devilish glint in her eyes.

"INGERMAN/HOFFERSON RIVALRY!" the twins yelled

"Not to offend the walking dragon study guide, but I think we know what's gonna happen," Hookfang said. Meatlug looked at the floor. As much as she believed in her human, she couldn't deny the outcome. Fishlegs never seemed like the kind that fights with weapons to her.

"Yep, Astrid's gonna be victorious and if Fishlegs is lucky, he won't have to go home with a dislocated shoulder," Barf said.

"Nah, if anyone's gonna have the dislocated shoulder around here, it'll be Hiccup, " Toothless said, " I'm thinking more along the lines of a broken arm," 

"maybe a couple of fractured ribs," Sleuther said.

"Either way, I wanna see this," Stormfly said and she and the other dragons followed the gang out to the dome. Astrid was just standing in the middle of the arena while Fishlegs was clutching onto a shield on a sword like his life depended on it.

"Can someone please tell her to go easy on me," Fishlegs mumbled to himself but Tuff heard him.

"Hey fishy, if you really want that, you should probably go ask Hiccup to tell her that,"

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure that he's the only one she'll ever listen to," Ruff said but before Fishlegs could even think about the idea, the sound of a horn filled the dome. Everyone looked up to see Snotlout standing on a pyramid of barrels with a horn in his hand.

"Alright, let's get this battle up and running. Uno. Dos. Three. BATTLE BEGIN!"

Fishlegs sighed as he and Astrid circled each other. Seeing as there was no way out of this he use his battle strategies. The first thing that came to mind was that he might be underestimated seeing as he isn't one for fighting with weapons but when he does, he is actually quite good. Second thing was that if Astrid does tend to let her emotions get in the way of her fighting. Now he would never do anything to make her angry, knowing that he would be in his grave in seconds flat, but if he could infuriate and/or annoy her slightly, he might have a chance. It was a gamble though. If he were to get caught up in one of her swings he would be dead. Not that she would anything to hurt him badly intentionally...right.

Astrid made the first move by rushing up to him with her axe held up high but Fishlegs deflected the blow with his shield, the axe digging into it slightly. He then swiped the shield away sending the axe flying but Astrid rolled to the side and caught the axe before it hit the ground. He then ran to her to deliver a blow before she had time to react but Astrid dodged the first and blocked the next one.

"Ok, I think I need some popcorn," Tuff said.

"You and me both," Ruff said as the fight continued on. In truth, no one expected Fishlegs to last this long without being beaten. Astrid decided that she had enough waiting. She swung her axe near him but with no intention of actually hitting him, just as a distraction-and it worked. She then used the other end of her axe and shoved Fishlegs to the ground and there she stood with a foot on his chest with a victorious look on her face. 

"Ok, you win," Fishlegs grumbled. Astrid held out her hand.

"You put up a pretty good fight Fishlegs, you did good to," and helped him up and everyone came running to him.

"Wow, fishy. that was awesome. I didn't think you'd last that long," Snotlout said.

"Yeah, I had to go back to get popcorn three times cause it was cool," Tuff said holding a pot half empty with popcorn.

"Uh huh. you should go up against Astrid more often," Ruff said taking a handful of popcorn from the pot. Fishlegs looked at Astrid who was talking to Hiccup, Heather and Dagur. 

"I think I prefer to keep to m regular lifestyle," Fishlegs said. 

The dragons also agreed that it was a pretty good battle. One of the best. Except from Toothless. He had seen Astrid go up against another person and it was really entertaining. And the best part was that she was beaten.
