It was evening by now so it was a long time since the rest off the gang had finally decided to release the twins from the net, mainly because they wouldn't shut their mouths for one second. At first, the gang just walked off, not really wanting to deal with this burden but it was dinner and they then gave in."Oh, Thank Thor! I'm free! I'm free!" Tuff exclaimed, running around the room with his arms flailing all over the place.
"Hey, at least you could actually breathe!" Ruff retorted, picking herself up before dusting herself up after Tuffnut knocked her to the ground, "I spent the past few hours of my time pressed up against you! Of all people! You!" She then started to stretch, "Oh, my ribs,"
"This is gonna take a while," Snotlout deadpanned before making his way over to the table from the wall and grabbing a yak chop.
"I need a revenge plan," Ruff mumbled.
"What was that?" Tuff asked, walking up to her.
"Hey! I'm not letting you in on my revenge plan!" Ruff exclaimed. Tuff then jerked back for an idea had just lit up his head.
"Ok, set aside the revenge plan that means nothing," Dagur deadpanned, "Hiccup, carry on with the game!"
"Ok, ok, Ruff, truth or dare," Hiccup said.
"I pick truth," Ruff said, "knowing my brother, he probably wants me to do some sort of ridiculous dare," Tuff smirked, for his idea was actually a truth.
"Hiccup, I would like to propose a very compelling confession from Ruffnut by this question," Tuff said and he whispered his thought into Hiccup's ear, which seriously confused to him.
"What?" Hiccup asked, not knowing if he had ever been more confused.
"Just ask the question,"
"I don't think your gonna like this," Gustav commented.
"Wha to state the obvious," Ruff deadpanned.
"Ok, quote from Tuff, how many guys have you like in your life," And as Hiccup expected, the rest of the gang became as confused as he was when he asked that.
"I though you would know that?" Heather asked to Tuff.
"Oh, I do, but you don't," Tuff said.
"I hate you to the core," Ruff grumbled before counting the fingers on her hand. "Ok, one, two, three, then four...five...six...seven...eight...nine-"
"How can you like that many guys?!" Snotlout asked.
"What, is that jealousy?" Tuff asked.
"What?!"
"Back to the question, how can you like that many guys?" Astrid asked.
"They're just to my taste," Ruff responded, "like, twelve,"
"What?!?!?!?!" The gang exclaimed.
"I thought it was ten?!" Tuff exclaimed.
"Oh Yeah, like ten would be any less surprising," Hiccup deadpanned.
"One, how? Two, how? And three, how?!?!" Dagur yelled. Ruff shrugged.
"My life, my rules bruh, deal with it," Ruff stated, "anyway, Astrid, truth or dare,"
"Truth," Ruff groaned mentally but she did have a truth in mind.
"Ok little missy, have you ever set your kitchen on fire before?" that question made the gang look at the female twin strangely.
"That has got to be the most random question I have ever heard," Heather said.
"Hey! Don't judge me, I can't think of anything else," Ruff said, "and she can\t escape this truth cause I know the answer to it,"
"Well if you know the answer why are you asking the question?" Gustav asked
"I think it's safe to say that you should know that Astrid Hofferson has set the kitchen on fire. And it was awesome!" Ruff answered but she then slapped a hand over her mouth realising that that part wasn't for her to say. "Let me restart,"
"Thanks Ruff, you saved me from the trouble of having to tell everyone that I once set my kitchen on fire," Astrid said and Ruff groaned.
"Well, it is vital information to have in mind when you invite Astrid Hofferson to your house. Never leave her alone in the kitchen," Dagur said.
"Yeah, and I was impressed!" Ruff suddenly exclaimed, "I didn't think she would be able to pull it off, but she did and it was unforgettable! P.S Astrid, I still have the burn from the fire,"
"You do?" Astrid asked, "I didn't think it was that serious,"
"Oh, it wasn't, but it left a mark," Ruff said before she burst out laughing, "and your parents' faces when they found out what happened! Hilarious!"
"Can I just take this moment to point out that the fire wasn't all my fault,"
"Ok, someone needs to fill us in on the full story," Hiccup said.
"Well I for one don't care about the full story," Snotlout commented, "all I know for next time is to never let Astrid near my kitchen. There's food in there! Food that I want to eat!"
"Well, since you asked Haddock, I'll be Trader Johann for now and tell the story," Astrid said.
"Ok, just don't go on for years," Fishlegs said.
"So basically, I was at home alone cause my parents were away on a trip and Ruff came over to give me company. We both got hungry after a while and we decided to cook something for us both. We started out with the normal stuff but then it turns out that oil and fire aren't good friends--"
"Wait?! You mixed oil and fire together?!" Snotlout exclaimed. Ruff nodded and she then took over the story.
"Yep, and because of that...well...I think you know what happened after that,"
"So technically, it wasn't only Astrid who set the kitchen on fire, but the both of you, and it wasn't the kitchen that was set on fire but the whole house," Hiccup concluded. Both girls looked at each other, shrugged and nodded.
"Ok," Fishlegs said, "remind me to take a mental note and never invite those two over alone to my house,"
I know this chap is...meh, but again, my brain became the sahara desert
