The woman laughed at the humans. They had thought they could rid the world of her! They thought that they could just get rid of her like a toy!

"Never have I seen such worthless beings!" She exclaimed with glee. Her green cat eyes moved across the bodies in front of her.

They were all too mangled and broken to be useful as ghouls... But... They could be uses as something else...

The demon chuckled as she levitated the bones and flesh off the ground.

"Vocationem, inquit. Volo feris deamoniorm." The demon chanted a sadistic smile on her face.

In a black pot, white water began to boil and change. At first it was blue then red and now a sickly green. Grinning like the Cheshire Cat, the woman threw in the dead men's bones and meat.

"Ut lapsum hominis. Et istud verum sit, quia non permanent!" The demon finished its spell with cheerfulness, completely ignoring a small dainty woman sneaking up behind her.

"Stop! I beg of you to stop!" The human shouted at the monster before her.

The demon whirled around to see the female, down on her knees. The woman looked like she had been through hell! But this just brought the other an idea.

"And what shall you purpose that I have instead death of man." She sneered.

"..." The woman stayed silent as she watched the demon.

"No answer?" The other was now confused. No tears ran down the pale skin of the mortal. She didn't look frightened nor angry, just... Thinking...

"Nunca has visto una bruja antes?" She suddenly says. The demon backed up. It had heard of these beings before... Made by the devil himself to give fear to man, but yet have powers of both God and Satan.

They call themselves Witches and Warlocks. Anyone who crosses them faces the penalty to be shown their power!

"What do you want, hag!" Screeched the demon in anger.

The witch just shook her head as she laughed. The laughter had no joy in it... No amusement... It was restrained anger and bloodlust.

"Los pueblos de la tierra nos suplican y piden que los salve ... y ahora lo haré." Her voice darkened as she raised her hands.

The candles' fire flickered fiercely as a strong gust of wind began to surround the two creatures.

The once thought mortal, now stood tall in a clock of night. Her eyes shielded by the hood.

A dim blue light shone from the woman. The demon knew it was her crystal, every witch and warlock had one. It increased their power as well as make it more precise.

"You were never the one to challenge the humans, demon! They need to be taught and guided before Father gives the command of war! It is to show us that they can take it! Not to be killed so earily on!" The witch exclaimed, the winds growing stronger as did the glow.

"But, the my are mere mortals! I am doing Satan a favor! I will not be punished for this!"

A cold, ice like laughter sounded over the wind. It chilled the demon even more than it had before.

"Satan is not my father... But you will never know any more... Do you..." The glow from the witch faded as a wave of frozen water and snow blasted its way towards the vile thing.

The winter elements circled and surrounded the demonic woman. Its frozen breaths freezing her in place as she tried to cry out. Her cat eyes wide in fear and surprise.

Oh how the tides had changed just so quickly? But yet... Man will always forget what the witches had done.
