Think of the scariest place you can think of... What is it?
The dark basement of a haunted house? An old creepy mansion? The cobwebed infested attic?
Those are only minor things... Those are just merely children at play to the being that truly is the most terrifying.
The human mind is truly the scarest thing of all. The human mind can make every you secretly wish happened, happen. The human mind can make a mortal a void of all emotion except for anger. Grief. Guilt. Evny. Greed.
The human mind can make you do things you normally would not... It is never really safe to so far into the mortal's mind so... Willingly... After all you might see their most dangerous memory that they wanted to keep hidden. You might make them become something they were not.
