My coral colored eyes looked around, my body hidden in the tangled mess of seaweed and water flowers.

Suddenly, the cold water warmed with and fury! A horrid, vile screech shook Mother Earth, spreading fear to her core!

I held my breath and slowed my heart, silently hoping that my Mothers would let me escape. I could not bear to go back to that icy home nor could I face the beast in which I was fleeing from.

The sound of angry and frighten clicking reached my ears as anxiety surrounded me. They cannot find me... They must not find me...

The Season of the Fathers was not long from now, but it seemed they cared not of me nor my safety, as they found me.

They clicked and clacked loudly as they surrounded me, leaving the only exit to be with the sharp pikes below.

"How dare you!" The creature roared, harshly grasping my arm, eyes as dark and evil as Father Death... No even more so than him.

Looking into those eyes, I began to cry. My dark tears lightly standing my face as I desperately pleaded it to forgive me.

His eyes softened as did his grip.

"Oh, my love... My little clownfish..." He murmured, placed his clawed hand on my cheek.

Oh, ow vile his touch felt. It was like he was tainting me before I meet Father Death.

"Oh, clownfish, let us return home and forget this mistake. Let us talk once more as friends and as lovers."

I looked down, looking at the sharp spikes that Mother made to defend herself.

"Never."

He, nor they, had time to stop me. I plunged down to the darkness, towards Father Death. I shall welcome him again and again... Until I no longer remember that Prince's name.
