54. A Crush On My Husband

DRAKE'S POV:

I got up immediately. I looked at Ana.She seemed so clueless when i maintained my distance from her. 

She looked like a tigress on bed. Damn!!She tempts me more than i can handle.

"Ana..."

She looked nervous and flushed and sat straight. I then leaned forward and pressed my lips against hers,lingering the kiss.

I could look at her and tell that she was completely confused when we broke our kiss.

I just don't want her to regret what we had now...

"I came here to let you know about everything,Ana. I don't want you to have a wrong image of me in your head. That is what i had in my mind when i came here,but..." I looked at her and realised that I almost ripped her top. "...but i didn't expect this would happen.." i sighed. Ana looked down and began playing with her fingers.

"Hey..." i raised her head up with my hand. "I'm glad we ended up here though. Atleast now i know that you miss me too ." i winked at her to which i could see her blush quietly.

"I was told and made to believe that Anabelle was dead. I didn't know anything until Aura and Jack told me that she is still alive and....and Leo,everyone were shocked as much as you were. No one knew about it...and..i don't know Ana... I'm so sorry... I never expected all this to happen at all... " she sat still infront of me. Her eyes were focused on me and her ears to my words.

My eyes were brimming with tears.Few of them managed to escape as well.

She looked more worried seeing me cry. She came nearer and wiped my tears.

"I'm not going to lie. I was annoyed. I felt betrayed. I thought..you were hiding all this, all along. I was so angry with myself for... Falling for you. That moment, i didn't want any explanation from anyone. I just wanted to be alone, by myself. That night when i saw Leo, my heart melted. He looked like you. Anabelle's conditions brought chills down my spine. As soon as she gave you the choice to stay with either him or me. I didn't want to create any sort of scenes. I have lived all my life without my father. I know how it feels. I didn't want Leo to live without a fatherly figure as well. He deserves to be with both his parents. And i don't have any right to snatch it from him.... "

Her words were making me cold and numb.She thought through all this while asking me to stay with Anabelle that night..

I didn't know what to reply to her.

"You thought this all the way through that night when everyone were in pure shock. I'm stunned Ana... "  i pulled her in for a tight hug.

At first she didn't hug me but soon she wrapped her arms around me.

"Time will heal everything.." I heard her whisper.

"It does.."

"You still love me?" i asked her while holding her in my arms.

"Yeah.." she said in a soft soothing voice. "You love me?" she asked me.

"You are the only one I want to spend the rest of my life with.."I kissed the side of her neck while replying.

With her in my arms,I felt like home.

"Ana...I thought you moved on from me. Seeing you with that faggot,Anushk made my blood boil in anger. You both were getting really close.It was killing me from within. I don't want you to be with him anymore.He is trying to play with this situation and get you..." After letting her know about what i felt, i was relieved. She stayed still in my arms.No movement.

"Ana..?" i called out to her.

She pulled herself away and looked down .

All of a sudden, She smacked my face hard!!

"Ana!!"

I tried to get near her.She pulled a pillow near her and threw that right on my face even before i  could take in.

"What is wrong with you?!"i raised my voice.

I saw her and i didn't even realise that she became so red cause of the silent crying earlier in my arms.

"Hey...what happened?" 

i tried to go near her and she threw another pillow at me which i was quick to dodge. 

"What the fuck is wrong with you,Ana!!!??"

okay now i'm so pissed.

"I can't believe that you actually thought Isaa and myself are a sort of a thing!!!!!How dare you?!"

"What...I..I neve-"

"Shut up!!" She threw a fat book which was on the nightstand at me.

"Oww!!Anaa!!!"

" It took you 15 days or so to come up to me and give your explanation but you have been stalking me all this while. Arghh!!! How can you even think like that?!!"

This time she threw her Dan Browns-Angels and Demon book at me!!

Holy crap!!

"Ana!! He is fucking having feelings for you and you end up hanging out with him more than often. You are just fucking provoking him!! Damnit Ana!! Don't you get it!!"

"Provoking?!!" 

Gosh her eyes are bigger than ever!!

"This is it.Go away!!" She began crying harder.

Damn!! Did i make a mistake somewhere?..

"Ana ,i didn't mean what i said...I thought.."

"Issa is freaking in love with my friend,Grace!!The day he knew that i was married,he stopped thinking about me that way!! And you have been thinking about me moving on and trying to give Issa a chance. How disgusting?!"

Hearing her words...i was shocked. I froze at the revelation.

"Ana..no...I'm.."

"No. Get lost!!!" she threw the alarm clock at me.

Arghhhhh!! I spoilt it.

I left the room.

 I made her cry. Again.

What is wrong with me?Why am i hurting her so much?!

"Leave the house." i heard her weep while telling me.

I sighed. I don't want to give her any more stress today.

"I'll leave..but..I'm coming back tomorrow."
