37. A Crush On My Husband

DRAKE'S POV:

"You don't really love Drake right? " Aura's question made me want to bang her head on the wall. But as soon as the inner meaning of her question registered in my mind, i knew what she was up to!

The day when Aura sat alongside with me and planned for something big to happen in my life, flashed infront of me.

FLASHBACK:

"I know Anabelle is in love with me. But she has never confessed it to anyone Aura!!What do I do??!! I have tried a lot to make her accept that she is in love with me, but never has she accepted!! She is going around playing with my head which is totally killing me!! " i sigh and growl in disappointment.

As soon as i ended my sentence. Aura clasps her hand and her eyes sparkle as though she has come up with a huge master plan.

"Ahaa Reverse psychology!! "

Jack almost looked as clueless as i was while taking a bite of his slice of pizza.

Aware of the blankness on our faces, she facepalmed herself and came to sit between us on the couch.

"Listen, you know that this guy, Daniel from my class is head over heels behind Belle right? "

" I know!! That son of a bitch.!!I'm go-"

"Shhh!!! " Aura gave one of her deathly glares and stopped me from cursing so she could continue on what she planned to say.

" Yeah!! I know Belle doesn't like him. But still,I'll tell her that she is in love with Daniel deep down and make her understand that she hasn't realised it yet. "

" Whaaaaaaattt?" Jack and myself scream like girls at her words.

"Why will you even say that?? " Jack asks her while he drops the pizza down on the plate.

"Arghhhh!! You douchebag!! Let me fucking complete" she flicks her finger at both of us.

"Oww!! That hurts!! "

Looking at Aura right now was totally scary. Another single word interrupting her, she might end up stitching the respective person's mouth. So Jack and myself looked at each other's horrified faces , gulped down and tried to reduce our adrenaline.

"It's sort of like the reverse psychology procedure. I'll tell her that since she doesn't like you at all, she could as well give a chance to Daniell who is so crazy of her. I'll keep pushing this in her head. At one point of time, she will end up accepting that she is actually in love with you."

I kind of understood what Aura was trying to say. But still i wasn't sure of it.

"Eh..are you sure? Do you think it will work?" i ask her doubting her plan.

"Trust me. It will work. Just leave it to me and the rest will be taken care of. " i could see her confidently saying to me.

That evening, Aura took Anabelle to a near by park as planned. Jack and myself hid behind the bushes so we could hear the entire conversation.

"Belle, you know Daniel right?" Aura pretended to ask her casually.

"Yeah ofcourse i know him."she spit the words in disgust. And i tried to control my laugh.

"Yeah... So you know that he loves you?"

"The entire college knows!! " Belle rolled her eyes.

" Yeah, i think you got to give him a chance..."
