41- Defense

"Was he bothering you?" He says quietly, his eyes still attached to Dexter who I'm assuming is heading towards us.

"Please Harry I don't want to cause a scene, can we just leave?"

"Was he bothering you?" Harry repeats his question but this time looking directly into my eyes.

"A bit. But, I slapped him so it's fine." I admit.

He smirks, "you slapped him?"

I nod and tug at his sleeve to try and pull him out but he doesn't move.

"Look who's here." I hear dexters voice speaking to Harry.

Harry walks past me and towards dexter. I can't even bare to turn around.

"Did you come here to get that injury I caused you checked out?" Dexter asks Harry. "Does it hurt diddums? Looks really painful." He says sarcastically.

I still haven't heard harry say anything so I'm getting scared.

"Oh look, there's a bin over there.. does that bring back memories?" Dexter speaks again.

"Shame there aren't any sheds mate." He says.

"Fuck off." Harry's voice relieves some of my stress but I still can't turn around.

"And no, I'm not here for me." Harry says. "I'm here with Skye."

I hear my name and without even thinking I turn around and my eyes are met with dexter's.

"Yeah." I say.

"Oh this is priceless." Dexter laughs.
I walk and stand at Harry's side.

"One boy straight to the next, huh Skye?" Dexter smirks. "And you call me the slut."

Just as the words leave Dexter's lips, Harry's flies at him, the whole waiting room seems to be staring as Harry grabs hold of Dexter.

"Don't you dare speak to her like that." He growls into dexters face.

I am momentarily frozen, blushing and gushing over what Harry just said. I want to here him defend me some more, but that's just selfish. I should remove him from this situation before he gets into trouble.

I take a hold of is arm. It's tense, hard and bulky. My breath is taken away by the amount of muscle in it.

Seconds after he acknowledges my grip on him, his arm loosens a bit. It's still muscular but he is no longer tensing it.

"Let's go. He's not worth it harry." I say quietly into his ear and with that we both leave the hospital.

Hey guys I know this chapter is short but I thought I might as well get the hospital chapters finished with so we can move on in the world of skarry!
