Chapter 34

Lauren's POV:

When I woke up, I was in Jack's bed.
I was alone though, I just assumed Jack was downstairs so I went on my phone a little.
First, I went on Instagram of course, and I saw tons of pictures I was tagged in.
They were of Jack and I last night.
I also got tagged in some videos, of Jack announcing our relationship.
It was definitely getting around the fan pages.
Some were saying how happy they were for Jack and I, and some weren't being as nice.
But I don't care about the hate and mean comments, because I'm with Jack and he makes me so happy.
Once I've checked pretty much all my social media, I head downstairs in my clothes from last night.
All of the boys were on their phones on the couches.
"Good afternoon." Zach says.
I check the time on my phone and it's 12:44.
"I slept that late?" I almost scream.
They all nod.
I sit at the counter and my phone vibrates.

Zoe: Hey, someone suspicious is in LA! Open your front door and tell me if you see anything.

What the heck? Zoe is my best friend and she never texts me stuff like this.
I go to the door and open it.
"ZOE!" I yell.
"LAUREN!" She yells back.
We hug, very tight actually, and I couldn't stop smiling.
"What? How did you get here?!" I ask, still screaming.
"The boys help set it up." She responds.
I turn towards them and they are all blushing and pretending to flip their hair, and I laugh.
Jack comes over and hugs and kisses me good morning, and I notice Zoe is looking at Jonah a lot.
"I'll be right back. Jack will you help me?" I say and head upstairs with Jack following close behind.
I go into Jack's room and close the door.
"Did you see how Zoe was looking at Jonah?" I ask.
"No, but I saw how Jonah was looking at Zoe." He says.
"Let's set them up!" I suggest with a small but quick clap.
"You're so cute." He says.
I blush and kiss his cheek then we start to head back downstairs.
"Wait." Jack stops me.
"Let's post that picture on Instagram and Twitter that Corbyn took of us, so everyone knows."
Unsurely, I respond with, "Ok."
I get my phone out and Jack texts me the picture.
We both post it on Instagram.
Mine with the caption: No one makes me happier than this boy right here 💓
And Jack's with the caption: My princess❤️
"Goals." I say and we both laugh.
Then we head downstairs and Zoe and Jonah are playing video games, while screaming.
I laugh at them, and ask if the two of them want to join Jack and I at dinner tonight.
"Sure." Jonah says.
"Why not." Zoe adds on.
"Sounds like a plan." I continue. "Zoe, want to go to lunch?"
"Sure, when I'm done with this." She responds.
I laugh and roll my eyes, then go upstairs to get ready, since I practically live here.
Two arms wrap around my waist as I'm picking out my outfit, and soft kisses were being left down my neck.
I smile, knowing it was Jack and rub his arms that were around my waist.
"You mean everything to me, did you know that?" Jack whispers into my ear.
"No I didn't know that, but you are the most important thing to me." I respond.
"Just know I'd do anything for you."
Jack kisses me and continues to tell me stuff like that.
"Wait, do you need something?" I ask and he looks down guilty.
"Welll, I was thinking we could go shopping for our date tonight?" He asks and makes puppy eyes.
"Sure." I kiss his cheek. "I'll go get ready."
I start heading up the stairs and I hear Jack say something to Jonah.
"We are going shopping."
"Is that when you're gonna ask her?" Jonah says.
Ask me what?
"Yeah, I figure that it's better if we are alone."
I run upstairs and start freaking out.
He's not going to propose right?
Okay, I just won't freak out.
When I'm done getting ready, I go downstairs.
"Are you ready?" He says, with his back facing me.
"Yeah." He must have heard me coming.
He turns around and his eyes get big.
"Woah."
"What?" I ask and blush.
"You look amazing." He walks towards me and grabs my waist softly.
I smile and look down while he kisses my forehead.
"Enough PDA for today folks." Daniel yells.
I laugh. "Sorry boys. I'll see you later Zoe, i'm going shopping!"
"You're just gonna leave me here?" She yells back.
"Go to my house then."
Jack and I shut the door to the house and got in the car.
On the way to the mall, we listen to music and jam out and be weird together.
"I love you." He says while i'm whipping and having fun.
I stop dancing for a second.
I take his hand that's on the center console.
"I love you too." 
We arrive at the mall, and I have butterflies in my stomach the whole time. 
We do some shopping, then Jack says, "Do you want to grab a bite to eat?" 
"Sure."
We starts walking upstairs and Jack slides his hand into mine.
I look at him. "Smooth."
He smiles.
We order a pretzel and a smoothie and sit down.
"I love spending time with you."
He says and takes a sip of his smoothie.
"Baby, I love spending time with you too."
"Which is why I want to ask you something."
My heart drops and the butterflies come back.
"Lauren,"
