Chaper 47

Daniel's POV:

After Lauren and Jack announced them being pregnant at the party, I was furious.
At first I wasn't, but this made it official.
I want that baby to be mine. I want to have a baby with Lauren and start a family with her.
When I first started liking Lauren, I thought it was just a crush. But now I think I have actual feelings for her.
I went back up to my room, then I hear a knock.
I open my door, and Ashley was there.
"I'm back. Want to finish what we started?" She walked close to me in her heels and pushed me onto the bed.
I guess this will take my mind off Lauren...

Jack's POV:

Ever since Lauren got pregnant, every time I see her I imagine having a family with her, and I get so excited.
But I also get nervous that I will mess up and be a terrible father.
That night, after everyone left, Lauren was tired and went straight to bed while I helped clean up.
I finally finished, and went upstairs. I entered the room quietly, until I hear her voice.
"I'm awake. I couldn't sleep without you."
I crawl into bed and kiss her cheek.
"What's wrong?" She asks.
"What?" I say, confused.
"You only kiss my cheek when you are super happy or about to tell me something."
I sigh, "I'm just nervous."
"About what?"
"That I won't be a good dad. What if I mess up?"
"Jack, you'll be fine. I always worry that i'll be a bad mom, but it's our first time. I know you will be an amazing dad. Plus, we have like 9 months to prepare."
I smile and kiss her.
"You will be an amazing mom. I love you." I say.
"I love you too."
We both close our eyes and fall asleep.

~ 2:30 am ~

My phone buzzes and makes a loud noise.
I reach over and mute it, then look at the screen.
I got a text from an unknown number.

N- I hear you are having a baby with that one girl. Come back to me, I could treat you better. If not, you all better watch your backs.

I didn't know what to say, so I didn't respond. I put my phone back on my night stand and lay there wide awake.
I couldn't sleep now, someone was coming for me.
Not even just me, all of us.
Lauren, Daniel, Zach, Jonah, Corbyn, and the baby.
I text the group chat with the boys and tell them to meet me in the living room.
Then, I get out of bed, careful not to wake up Lauren, and tip-toe down the stairs.
I get down there, and Zach is already sitting shirtless on the couch.
"What are you doing down here?" He asks.
"I texted everyone to meet me here. You didn't get the text?" I respond.
His phone goes off and he looks at the screen.
"I just did."
"If you didn't get my text, why are you down here at 2:36 in the morning?" I ask.
"I'm playing video games." He says as he points to the tv.
Just then, Corbyn comes down the stairs.
"What's up?" He mumbles.
"I have to tell you guys something."
Soon enough, everyone gets downstairs and sits on the couch.
"My phone went off in the middle of the night, like 10 minutes ago actually, and I got a text. . Look what it said."
I show them my screen and they all get freaked out.
"Do you know who it is?" Zach asks.
I shake my head.
"That's creepy dude." Jonah says. 
"And it's coming for all of us." Daniel adds.
I nod my head. "I'm scared guys."
"Me too, especially since you have the baby coming." Daniel responds.
"We have to go somewhere." Corbyn says out of nowhere.
"What?" I ask.
"Before Lauren has the baby, we need to go on a trip and not tell anyone. We all go until a month after the baby is born."
"What if the person comes after we get back?" Zach mentions.
Corbyn shrugs. "We will deal with it then. At least we won't have a pregnant girl on our hands."
"Let's plan this in the morning." Jonah says as he yawns.
"Not enough time. We need to do this now." Daniel says.
"So what do we do?" Zach asks.
"We could do Corbyn's plan, but where would we go?" I say.
"Somewhere that no one knows. So none of our relatives houses. We can't tell anyone." Corbyn says.
I nod.
"So where?" Jonah asks.
"Hawaii." Daniel suggests.
"That's not a bad idea!" I say.
"It's in the middle of the ocean, we don't know anyone there, and it's a nice place to stay for a while." Daniel continues.
"I'll go grab a laptop!" Corbyn yells, and we all shush him.
He returns with one of the Macbooks and we go on the Alaskan Airlines website.
We find 6 tickets to Hawaii, and purchase them.
The plane leaves tomorrow afternoon at 3 p.m.
Then we find a hotel or house to rent for the 10 months we will be there.
There is a 2 story beach house for rent so we decide to live there.
The rent says we can stay for as long as needed, so we buy it for 1 year, just in case.
We pay it all up front so we won't need to in the future.
The boys and I were all wide awake so we decide to start our large amount of packing.
We pack the kitchen and living room first, since we are already downstairs and we didn't want to wake up Lauren.
At about 6 in the morning, we are done with the downstairs.
Jonah went to get more boxes so we could pack the upstairs, and be bought more suitcases too.
When he got back, we all decided to pack Zach's room.
Zach did his clothes in his suitcase and we packed the rest of his room into boxes.
Then we moved to Daniel's room, Jonah's, and Corbyn's.
Halfway through Jonah's room, I saw Lauren in the doorway.
"What's going on?" She asks.
"We are leaving!" Zach yells.
She looks confused.
I show her the text I got, and she immediately got scared.
"When I got this, I told all the boys and we decided to go somewhere to hide out while the you are pregnant, and a month or two after. We are going to Hawaii."
She nods.
"Good idea. Thank you for keeping us safe." She says as she hugs me, and then the boys.
"We are leaving at 3, and staying in a house there for 10-11 months." I add.
She nods. "I'll start packing my clothes."

Lauren's POV:

While I'm excited about going to Hawaii, I'm also scared.
Plus, I haven't gone baby shopping, and I don't want to go in Hawaii.
Jack runs in my room. "I forgot to say, we aren't telling anyone."
I nod. "Ok."

Jack's POV:

We start packing my room as Lauren is packing her clothes.
We all finish and head downstairs, as the moving trucks drive off with our boxes to be shipped to our new house.
We head off to the airport and sit in the waiting room.
After a while, we get on the plane and in our seats.
Lauren drifts off to sleep and I stare out the window.
Hawaii here we come !
