Areum and Haneul Facts/ Relationship

A/N: Yes, I consider Iseul and Haneul different people even if they share the same mind and sometimes body.

- Areum blames Hanuel for the events that occurred, not Iseul.

- The whole reason that Haneul kidnapped her was because he didn't want her to give her love to anyone else. He wanted to be loved more than anything in the world.

- This backfired when he asked "Do you love me?" In which she responded "Not you. Your brother". This confused Haneul because he doesn't recall Iseul informing her of him. Then he got angry.

- Areum never says Haneul's name. She calls him "H". She's afraid that if she says his name, then he'll come back again.

-Haneul is in love with Areum but to a more extreme extent than Iseul was ever close to being. He is still obsessed with the raven haired coorperate hier.

- Areum knows the difference between Haneul and Iseul. Which is why she constantly reminded Haneul that he was not his brother until he finally broke her and she developed a sick love for Haneul. She turned into a yandere herself it seemed.

- Haneul does have a cute side of love. He tried many times when he had control to give Areum treats or presents and even set up a little date scenario. Areum did not like it because most everything he did to her was against her will and there was no love on her part.

- Areum had grown a small hatred for Haneul.

- Haneul hates it when you talk about Rika. He will go ballistic. So while Iseul has daddy issues, Haneul has mommy issues.

- The reason Haneul wants to be loved so much is because he feels Rika never wanted him. Rika had actually called him the anti Christ before so Haneul never got loved by his own mother! He turned Iseul against him (self explanatory how). V is in heaven while Haneul refused to leave Earth after death. So he never had much love.

- When Areum came into the picture and gave Iseul love, however, he thought "I could have that too. If only Iseul would break down... Just enough for his control to falter..."

- Honestly, Haneul is just a scared and lonely boy. Who also happens to be dead and a complete yandere but still.

- Unlike Iseul, Haneul feels emotions to be overwhelming. He is over emotional while Iseul is under emotional.

- If Haneul were to get any type of physical love, he'd cry and give it back tenfold. He'd thank you all day and think about the feeling until tomorrow. He's touch starved to the max.

- Haneul had cut Areum's hair to her shoulders. One reason is because he wanted people to know he was there and because it was as long as Rika's. He didn't like that.

- He also scarred the initials I.K on her lower back. He thought about doing H.K but it would've been more smart in his mind to frame his twin for the crimes he's committed.

- Areum tried to talk to him when he had kidnapped her. She did try to hold onto hope that he can be a better person if he just tried but Haneul didn't change. That was when she started resisting him.

- Areum tried everything to escape. It never turned out in her favor.

- Theres a reason Haneul never killed Areum. He would've killed himself with her but he couldn't have that. Why? Because Iseul's soul would also escape and most likely meet up with Areum before Haneul could get to her. Haneul couldn't let this happen so he kept them both alive and well. Aside from thier mental states going to shit.

- Areum could've easily hurt him. The thing is, he was still in Iseul's body. Even with her extensive knowledge in self defense, her heart couldn't bare hurting him.

- Haneul had told Areum the full story of everything while she was kidnapped. Day by day, she understood more and more all because Haneul couldn't hold onto his secrets anymore.

- After Areum successfully turned yandere, Haneul wanted to see how far she'd go for him. So, when the RFA figured out where she was, Haneul ordered her to fight Jeaki to the death. Jeaki didn't fight back but only blocked or dodged. The only way he won was because he used the emotions she still had for Jeaki to tear her down.

- After Jeaki won this fight, Areum had broken down and cried. She cried so much that she had puked a tiny bit. Jeaki hugged her until he heard Haneul walking towards them. Then he abruptly stood up and pointed his weapon at his neck, just like Haneul did at the start.

- Oh yeah, when Jeaki finally got there (all the other RFA members were blocked off somehow), Haneul pointed a weapon a Jeaki's neck and said "so, you actually came! Congratulations! However, it's time for you to decide. You can save your own life for your sister's IF you leave right now. I will not hesitate to kill you, oddball,". Jeaki played some mind games to get out of that situation.

- During Areum's kidnapping, Haneul repeatedly heard Iseul screaming inside his mind. He heard Iseul pleading and doing anything to make him stop. Most of the time, it didn't work but sometimes, Haneul had pity for his brother.

- Haneul loves Iseul a lot. He really does. The thing is, it's complicated. On one hand, Iseul is just a host. A vessel in which he can control for his own gain but on the other, Iseul is his brother. He is the person who loved him before Haneul made him hate him. Iseul is still someone Haneul loves very much.

- After all events, Haneul sees what great people the RFA are and sees how well they treat Iseul despite not being able to understand the situation he's constantly in and is like "wow... I can't believe I almost killed them all..."

- Areum kept some things from Iseul before he inevitably found out. (Ex: The scar she has, some things that happened). She just didn't want Iseul to feel more guilt than he already does.

- Areum never questions Iseul's demon problem. She believes him wholeheartedly while everyone else, understandably, has a hard time trusting that. It also took some time before the RFA saw him as a friend and not an enemy.

- Areum actually likes her new hairstyle. She keeps it shorter now but because she thinks it's cute.

- Areum told everyone not to press charges on Iseul for the crimes he committed. This is the only reason he is not under arrest and locked away somewhere.

- You remember the Mint Eye! Areum AU? With Dad! Saeran? You know how Haneul is alive in that? There's a reason! That reason is that V is alive. That means that anytime Rika was starting to think Haneul was evil and needed to be disposed of, V said "honey, please. I'm sure it's nothing,".
