He teaches you how to play guitar and other things.

"Jae, this is about the twelfth time you show me and I just don't get it." You complained to your friend Jae while holding one of his guitars.

"Y/n, you won't get it if you quit now. Now one last time I promise."
You stared at him blankly.
"What?" Jae asked smiling at your seriousness.
"You said that the last five times."
Jae laughed and promised you this would definitely be the last time.

"Ok now put your index finger on the A chord, good, now your middle finger set it here." Jae explained as best he could not wanting to stress you out, "now with your right hand strum lightly."
You did as directed yet it didn't sound exactly how you wanted it to.

"That was actually really good." Jae exclaimed.
"Quit lying that was horrible."
"No, I'm being serious, that wasn't too bad."
"Okay well I'm done here." You told Jae  handing over his guitar feeling your fingers begin to get sore.
"Fine, why don't you listen to this then. I wrote a song and I'd like for you to hear it."
You got comfortable in your seat again and Jae sat crisscross setting his guitar properly tuning it quickly.

As he played the song you noticed the lyrics seemed to have some meaning behind them but didn't think twice about it. He continued to sing softly and the song soon came to an end.
"That was really good Jae, sounds like you had someone in mind when writing that."
"Yeah," he smiled, "she can sometimes be so clueless though."
"Oh no." You laughed.

"She has no idea how great she is. The way she laughs makes me want to laugh even though it's not funny." Jae explained. "When she smiles, her face does this cute thing, like her eyes wrinkle a little, oh and when she orders coffee, she always wants to try a new drink but ends up getting hot cocoa instead. She's really great."
"Aw you should tell her, I bet she'll like you right back. I mean who doesn't like you Jae?"
"Thing is, I already confessed to her."
"And what happened?" You asked wanting to know who the mystery girl is.

"Well she's still clueless."
"Did you sing her the song?"
"Yup, she still doesn't get it."
"Then be more direct with her Jae. How is she suppose to guess around when you're being subtle about it."
"Like this?" Jae leaned forward to you and softly set his lips on yours.
As he sat back down you began to feel your cheeks warm up, "Just like that."
"Well I already did that."
"And what did she do?"
"She's just staring at me right now."
You furrowed your brows together, "What?"
"Now she found out I like her and looks extra cute when she blushes."
"Jae!" You hit his arm lightly and hid behind your hands.
"You can't just do that to me."
"You said to go for it." Jae laughed at your shyness. He removed your hands from your face, "So what do you say?"
"To what?"
"Want to go out with me? How about tomorrow?"
"Sure Jae, I'll go out with you." You told him with a smile still surprised at his actions.
