You had been insisting Yoongi to try matching outfits for the spookiest day in the year; Halloween as they call it, yet he denied every time. He said it seemed like a cheesy and overdone thing to do.

Sometimes he'd try to humor you and say he found a costume and you being your oblivious self asked what he'd chosen.

"I'll be Suga from BTS." He told you proudly.

"You're already Suga." You told him rolling your eyes thinking he'd actually be serious this time.

"No I'm Yoongi." He smiled at your annoyed face.

And then again you both began to discuss about the perfect couple costumes. You suggested being Edward Scissorhands and Kim or Suzy Bishop and Sam Shakusky from Moonrise Kingdom, even Mr and Mrs Smith. You even thought of going as Kumamon and Ryan but that didn't budge him.

You let it go eventually and didn't bring it up again and now was finally the day and you saw kids walking around and even some dressed up adults earlier in the afternoon. You two had been invited to a costume party and did plan on going but maybe just as yourselves.. again. You had done your hair in a simple manner and were now applying makeup to finish getting ready.

"Hey y/n?"

"Mhm?" You hummed at your boyfriend as you applied mascara to your left eyelash.

"Look."

"Omg you-" you had turned around and saw him looking extra fine in that black suit of his.

"Yes I actually dressed up for you." Yoongi said in a grumpy tone but his little pout made you smile and you complimented him as well thanked him for dressing up.

The thing is, he had thought about it; thoroughly in fact, about what costume would be best and in the end he did like your idea about being Mr and Mrs smith just to see you in that pretty little black dress with a gun attached to your thigh.
