"Wait." Jaehyun stopped you mixing the batter in the bowl.
"What?" You looked at his direction.
"We forgot the most important thing."
You looked at him confused at what he was referring to. You remember adding eggs, oil and milk what else did the cake mix need?
"Sugar silly." He smiled at you.
"Ooh true."
Jaehyun helped you add the sugar into the bowl since your hands were slightly covered in cake mix and after mixing it for a while to get it nice and smooth your arm grew tired and you tried wiping your forehead with your arm but didn't realise you had flour on your rolled up sleeve.
You saw Jaehyun move his arm toward your face but you moved back in order to stop him.
"What are you doing?"
He attempted it again but you continued to dodge him afraid your friend would be able to hear your racing heart considering how close he was to you.
"Hold still." He laughed at your childish self.
He gently cleaned your forehead,
"There, cleaned it off."
"What was it?"
"Flour."
"Thank you." You mixed the batter one last time to take your mind off Jaehyun and began to put it in a pan to set it in the oven.

Once all that was set Jaehyun surprised you by putting his hands on your waist and picking you up only to delicately set you on the countertop. He set his hands down by you; that way you couldn't get off.
"Do you know how cute you are when I make you nervous?" The way Jaehyun was acting definitely took you off guard but for some odd reason you didn't see why you had to stop him now.
"The way your cheeks get pink is cute and how you fidget around is adorable."
"Why are you doing this? Is this was friends do?"
"Not exactly, more like what couples do." He answered.
"Are you implying what I think you're implying?"
"Only if you're okay with it."
"Yes." The sudden confidence surprised even yourself but you could care less because by then both of your lips were attached making out softly.
