Hyunjin thought it'd be a nice idea to spend the day with his favorite person. He had the whole day planned out: first he'd pick you up and take you out for a simple breakfast then he wanted to take you shopping and buy you something nice because.. we'll why not right? Then after a long walk around the mall going in and out of shops he'd take you to dinner; which he had reserved weeks in advance, and after the day was done he'd finally take you back home safe and sound. It seemed like the perfect day.

"Ready?" Hyunjin asked you as you opened your front door.

"Yes. You look really nice today." You smiled at your boyfriend.

"Are you implying I don't look good other days?"

"No you just look extra good today." You told him.

"Well I should say the same about you. You look cute."

The first stop was made at a local cafe where you and Hyunjin had breakfast. The small place made you feel warm and comfortable as you two waited for your food to arrive.

You quickly checked your phone to see if you had gotten any messages or had any missed calls but nothing appeared. You soon became distracted and Hyunjin thought you looked really cute as you scrolled through your phone. The waitress arrived with your drinks first and as soon as you thanked her you got back on your phone just to check something quickly. Hyunjin took out his phone as well and took a photo of you. It was perfect, the window in the back had a lovely view of the city, cars passing as people walked, all living in their individual worlds with different objectives for the day. He captured your latte cup as well and the colour of your coat stood out from a gloomy and rainy day.

"You really are beautiful y/n." Hyunjin pointed out and you looked at him making your eyes meet. You felt a warm feeling arise in your chest at his sweet compliment which made you put your phone down.

"Thank you." You smiled. You usually weren't the shy type, yet when he said something nice about you or showered you with pleasant expressions you seemed to change and transform into this shy being.

"Oh and uh, thank you for the- the breakfast." And there you go, stuttering once again. It made you roll your eyes to yourself for being the type of girl who can't take an innocent adoration from her own boyfriend.

"I bet you don't realise how cute you are when you stutter." Hyunjin was now being overconfident seeing how you reacted to his words.

"Will you stop that." You smiled and looked down to your lap.

"Here we go. One Belgian waffle and one strawberry crepe." The waitress handed both your breakfasts which looked amazing.

"Anything else I can do for you?" She asked before she left.

"We should be okay for now, thank you." You spoke up.

"This looks delicious." You looked down to your plate and couldn't help but take your phone out to take a photo.

"I knew you'd take a photo." Hyunjin laughed at the expected action.

As you tried different angles, Hyunjin admired you and couldn't help himself but take another sneaky picture of you trying to take a photo of your well adorned plate.

"Yes now get it." He insisted.
