"So now were just praising each other?" You giggled and Namjoon nodded, smiling down at the floor thinking to himself how cute you sounded.

"I believe we are."

"Well your music has inspired many-"

"Miss y/l/n we start in 10." Your assistant reminded you.

"I guess I win since I praised you last." You teased him.

"Your looks are everything. Especially tonight, I think you look beautiful." He complimented one last time before you had to go.
You smiled at his comment hoping your blush wouldn't show.

"I guess I win." He smugly smiled at you.
You jocularly rolled your eyes and walked away with a simple goodbye. 

Namjoon did the same and walked towards the rest of bangtan.

"What did you tell her?"
The boys ask as they look at you walk away.

"Nothing you should be concerned about." Namjoon smiled to himself remembering the last thing he said to you.

"Well it was definitely something good I can say that."
Seokjin said.

"We all saw her blush hyung."
Jimin poked Namjoon's side and he quickly erupted in laughter.

"We can talk about this later."

As he tried to change the subject, it was your turn to go on stage and perform. This meant the crew backstage and the other performers could see you on the small televisions that were provided. And who was backstage right now? Namjoon. He paid close attention to you sing and dance.
This also meant bangtan wouldn't let it go since they could see their friend was being extremely attentive to the small screen.

"No fair hyung. So what did you do? Did you ask her out?"
Jungkook asked, wanting to push the older ones buttons.

"Did you agree to collab with her?"
Yoongi calmly asked not wanting the rest to know how internally excited he was for his friend.

"Did you call her pretty?"
Taehyung asked and Hoseok pushed him.

"Why would he call her pretty? This is the first time they talk to each other." Hoseok shot down Taehyung's response.

"I called her beautiful." Namjoon confesses and covers his face quickly feeling his heart beat faster. He's never felt so nervous like he did just then.
Performing on stage? Fine.
Interviews? Piece of cake.
But talking to you and calling you pretty? That was different.

The boys surround Namjoon and began to playfully hit him, surprised at his confession.

"Hyung really went for it." Jungkook teased.

"What did she say?"
Jimin wondered.

Namjoon regained composure and stood up straight.
"Nothing."

"Nothing?"
Seokjin asked.

"She said nothing because she had to leave."
Namjoon continued.

"I really hope this turns into something more."
Hoseok thought outloud.

"Bangtan! You're up!." Their staff member reminded them. They stood by the stairs that went up the stage and just then you walked backstage running into the boys.

"Good luck you guys." You sweetly smiled and the boys poked Namjoon from all sides; teasing him.

"Wah. She really is beautiful." Taehyung commented.

"You can't take Namjoonies girl." Yoongi softly hit Taehyung behind his head.

"And now performing next is.. BTS!!" The MC announced. Namjoon continued to be nervous, well knowing you'll most likely be watching him backstage and he hoped he wouldn't mess up just to impress you.
