Child Says His First Word (Gray)

Y/n POV

"Say ahh," you say as you shove a spoonful of mashed bananas into your little ones mouth.

Isaiah stays quiet, but opens his mouth up widely, desperate to get some more food into his small mouth. He smiles widely as he tastes the food. He loved to eat.

You suddenly feel hands on your shoulders, and turn around to see Grayson standing there.

"Hey babe," he smiles. He leans down to give you a kiss and then goes over to give your child a kiss. Isaiah giggles and brings his messy hands up to Grayson's head to bring him closer to him, causing mashed banana to spread through out Grayson's hair.

"Great," Grayson sighs as he pulls a chair over to sit next to the two of you. "I just took a shower." He attempts to get the food out of his hair.

"It's alright," you smile. "I think the bananas add a nice touch to your hair. I like it," you laugh which makes him smirk.

"Ha ha," he mumbles sarcastically. "I have to wash it again before we leave."

You place the rest of the bowl of food down on the high chair in front of Isaiah so that he can feed himself. He instantly starts digging in with his hands.

You and Gray talk about your plans for the evening, you two were going out on a date, which was why Grayson had gotten dressed up. You had already been dressed for a while, you were just waiting for Ethan to come over so he could watch Isaiah.

Soon, Isaiah begins to whine when his bowl becomes empty of food.

Gray goes over to to Isaiah to pick him up. "I think the little one needs a bath before we leave," he says. "I don't think Ethan wants to have to give him a bath."

What Grayson didn't realize was that Isaiah still had a handful of food in his hands, he throws it at Gray, causing it to go all over his new shirt he had just bought.

"Shit!" He exclaims.

"Shit!" Isaiah repeats, and laughs.

You both gasp and look at each other.

"Shit!" Grayson says again when he realizes what he did.

"Shit Shit Shit Shit Shit!" Yells your baby.

Just then Ethan walks through the door and cheers. "He said his first word!"
