Stargazing (Gray)

Y/N Pov

"How many do you think there are?" You hear his voice from beside you.

"Millions... Wait no, billions probably," you answer back as you stare into the night sky. Grayson had took you out on a surprise date that evening to dinner, and then took you to the park. You both pulled into the abandoned parking lot, and before you knew it he had opened the door for you and led you to the back of his truck which consisted of pillows and blankets.

"Ready to spend a night under the stars?" He asks you.

"Oh my gosh!" You looked over at him and smiled. This is so amazing I've always wanted to do this," you gush to him. As he helps you in and climbs in himself he answers.

"Well good, I'm glad you like it," he answered and leaned in for a quick peck on your lips.

You both got to watch the sky, and the sun as it set, turning the sky into a rainbow of different colors which truly was a beautiful sight. You watched as the colors faded and the stars began to come out slowly, and eventually covering the whole sky.

Now, you both were just laying there, talking about random things that came to your minds.

"It's so peaceful out here." He says quietly. You agreed with his statement. The sounds of nature were the only things heard, that and the soft breathing of Grayson as you laid on his chest.

"Yeah it is."

Suddenly, the sky seemed to go the slightest bit brighter, drawing the both of your attention.

"Look!" Grayson points up to the sky, and you couldn't believe your eyes. A shooting star. The world around you seemed to stop as you both looked up at it in fascination. It was so wonderful and breathtaking. Within seconds it had disappeared again, and you two were left there speechless.

"Wow," you breathe. "That was amazing."

Soon, you both fall asleep in eachothers arms.
