**Luke's POV**

I drove up to Calum's house, in my neighbor's car. They've been letting me use it since mine was broken. I dreaded the site of his house, especially since there was a couple practically having sex on the front yard.

I called Skylar, but she didn't answer her phone. Great. I turned the car off and got out. I did not want to do this right now.

I opened the front door, instantly smelling alcohol and sweaty teenagers. I looked around, trying to find site of Skylar's light blond and brown hair.

I found Iris, so I quickly walked over to her.

"Iris, where's Skylar?" I barged into her conversation with one girl, who I probably knew but didn't care enough to look.

"She went upstairs with Jake, I think." The girl said, making me stop. Upstairs? Even I know that's not good. I mumbled a quick thank you and headed up the stairs.

It was slightly more quiet up here, but I saw someone standing in the doorway of Mali's room. Why were they in Calum's sister's room?

I stepped closer, making the guy turn around. I could see Skylar, laying limply on the bed, with another boy standing in front of her.

"Hey, you wanna have the first go?" I looked at the guy, giving him a confused look. "We totally drugged Skylar. Don't act like you don't want to take advantage of it."

They drugged her. They fucking drugged her. Now she lays there, practically lifeless, as these guys plan to take advantage of her?

"Yeah, sure." I said, stepping into the room. The guy patted my shoulder hard, and they both closed the door.

"Don't forget about us out here!" one of them yelled through the door.

I looked over to Skylar, her small body flopped on the bed. I picked up her pants off the floor and flung them over my shoulder. Then I went over to Mali's window, which luckily had a roof section under it that's was close to a tree.

I've never had to do anything like this in my life.

I picked Skylar up in my arms, feeling like I was holding an angel. I put her over my shoulder, holding her slightly on her thighs. I squeezed us through the window, checkpoint one done.

I walked over to the tree branch, testing it with my leg to see if it was sturdy. Luckily, it was pretty sturdy, but I was so bad at staying balanced. It didn't help that I had to carry Skylar, who I'm sure only called me because she was drunk even though she was still mad at me.

I stepped onto the branch slowly, and walked a few steps, trying not to drop Skylar or myself. I almost slipped, but I caught myself with my hand, standing back up straight.

We made it to the trunk, where I stepped down once more onto a car. Finally, I was on the ground, happy that Skylar was safe.

I ran quickly to the car, laying Skylar in the back seat. I took her jeans and started putting them on her.
