"Be quiet Michael," Jesy whispered. Jesy, Michael, Luke and I were all going to sneak into my house and grab my stuff.

"I'll go first," I whispered, grabbing onto the vine going up the side of my house. I climbed to the window and peaked inside. No one was in there. I tried to jiggle the window opened. Locked.

"Can you get it opened?" Luke whispered up to me.

"Just a second," I whispered back. I struggled to try and get it opened. It wouldn't budge. Jesy had started to come up the vine behind me. "Hand me your hair pin," I whispered to her. She took one out of her hair and handed it up to me. I took it and tried to fiddle the lock open. It worked. I quietly climbed in and was closely followed by Jesy. We scrambled around the room to find a bag to carry stuff.

Luke and Michael finally came up and helped us. I grabbed a small bag and went into my bathroom to grab my toiletry things. Once I finished, I came back out to find them packing a bunch of clothes into bags. Luke held up a pair of my panties and smirked.

"What?" I said as I ripped them out of his hands. I placed them in the bag.

"I just didn't think your parents would let you have lace panties," Luke answered.

"I bought those for her without her parents knowing," Jesy said.

"Of course."

We finished packing four bags and started to head back out the window. That's when we heard footsteps.

"S***!" I whispered. I quickly pushed everyone out the window. I quickly climbed out just as I heard the door handle turning to open. We quickly climbed down the vine and ran to Luke's house. From the back porch, we saw my mom look out the window before closing it, locking it, and closing the curtains.

"That was a close one," Michael said.

"Tell me about it," I replied. We walked back into the house and Luke and I brought my bags up to his room. Then we returned downstairs and joined everyone else.

"Never in a million years did I think you would ever turn into this type of person. Never," Strike said as I sat next to Luke.

"What type of person?" I asked.

"The type of person who sneaks out of the house, goes to parties, hooks up with the 'bad boy' that her mother would never approve of. That type of person."

"She's always had it in her. She just never showed it," Jesy said, smiling at me.

"I feel so......... Free," I said. I leaned back and relaxed.

"You should. You have nothing to worry about."

Just then, the door bell rang. Liz, Luke's mom, answered it. I strained my neck to see who it was. I couldn't see them, but I could hear them. My face turned as white as snow.

"Don't sass me, Liz. If you don't let my daughter out of your house right now, I'm calling the cops. You and your son will go to jail for kidnapping her."
