It wasn't much better. This time, it wasn't my parents hurting Luke. Luke wasn't even getting hurt. I was.

The monster thing came towards me. I was tied down to a chair and couldn't move.

"Well, well, well," it said. "I see here we have a girl who doesn't like to listen to her parents." Oh. "We don't like those girls here."

"W-we?" I squeaked out.

"Yes. We."

He took a step to the side to reveal that there was a while bunch of ugly looking things like him.

"Do you know what we do to bad girls?" the first on asked.

"N-no," I replied.

"Then let us show you."

In the next second, I was surrounded by them. They were all around me. I was untied from the chair, but I still had no where to go. They were blocking every possible way of escape.

They started to close in around me. They were singing some weird song type thing in a weird language. It was scary too. They got closer and closer until there was barely enough air to breath.

"Now," one of them said. Within a second, they were all on me, beating me.

I shot upright, wide awake in the bed. I looked over at the clock. It was almost midnight. Luke felt me move and he woke up.

"You okay babe?" he asked in his raspy sleeping voice.

"Just another bad dream," I answered. Luke sat up and wrapped his arms around me.

"It's okay. Nothing bad is going to happen. I promise."

"I hope you're right," I said, turning towards him to hug him.

"I'm always right," he said. I giggled. "Why are you laughing?" he asked, smiling.

"No reason," I lied.

"There is totally a reason. And I'm going to have to tickle you because of it."

He started to tickle me and I went into a laughing fit. He quickly stopped and pulled me onto his lap. I rest my head against his chest and sighed.

"I love you," he said.

"I love you too."

I felt him kiss the top of my head. Then, he laid back down, pulling me with him and fell asleep. I fell asleep eventually and had a much better dream this time.

We woke up the next morning to the sound of people talking. We stayed silent and listened to what they were saying.

"Her mom is not going to give up trying to get her back," I heard Jesy say.

"She's right. No matter what, her mom is always going to be there," Strike said.

"I still think it's worth a shot," Liz said.

"But what are we going to do there?" Michael asked.

"Camp out, of course."

What are they talking about?

"You're joking right?"

"100% serious."

"I can't go out in the wilderness like that!"

"Mikey, yes you can," Jesy said.

"No!" There was a long pause before anybody said anything else. "I guess I can handle it," Michael said in defeat. I assumed Jesy stared him down.

"Lets go see what they are talking about," Luke whispered in my ear. The sound of his morning voice made my body tingle.

"Okay," I replied.

The two of us got up and headed downstairs.

"So are we going to try this or not?" Liz was saying.

"I'm in," Ashton said. "Gives me time away from my family too."

"I'm in too," Calum said.

"Lets try. It'll be fun," Strike said.

"Miley and I are in," Jesy answered for the both of them.

"Great. Now we just have to see if Luke and Sara are in an we are good to go," Liz said as we walked into the room.

"In for what?" Luke asked, sitting down in a chair. He pulled me onto his lap, something I found he loves to do.

"Camping out to try and get away from Sara's mom. It's worth a shot."

"Yea. That sound like a good idea. Do you like it Sara?" Luke asked me. I nodded. "Where would we go?"

"Aunt Shelby already said we could use her cabin. It's not much, but it's something," Liz answered.

"Yea, it's fine. When are we leaving?"

"Soon. So everybody go pack."

Ashton, Calum, Strike, Jesy, and Michael all got up and walked towards the door.

"We will pick you guys up at your houses so don't bother driving back here," Liz said as she got up to go pack as well.

"Okay, thank you," Jesy answered for all of them. They all walked out the door and I heard their cars leave the house.

"Come on babe," Luke said, patting my leg to make me get up. I stood up and waited for him. Before we started to go upstairs, I wrapped my arms around him in a hug. He hugged me back.

"I hope this works," I said.

"Me too. Now come on. We got packed to do," he said.

He pulled my arms from around him. He let one of my arms fall back to my side, but he kept the other in his hand as we walked upstairs. My things were still in bags from when we took them from my house, so I helped Luke pack. His room is a complete mess, so it was kind of hard to find stuff.

"Sorry about the mess," Luke said to me.

"I don't mind," I replied.

We finished packing and grabbed our bags. When we got downstairs, Liz was packing some food into bags.

"We are probably going to have to he a lot more food from a store on the way there," she said with her back to us.

"Do you need any help with that stuff?" I asked her.

She turned and smiled at me. "Nope. I think I'm just about done. If you guys want to start putting the bags in the car you can. Luke, we are taking the big van."

Luke picked up some car keys and grabbed a bunch of bags. I grabbed a couple and followed him out to the garage. He hit the unlock button for a 15 passenger van and placed the bags in the trunk. Then he took the bags from me and placed them in the trunk as well.

"Why do you guys have a 15 passenger van if its only you and your mom?" I asked him and we walked back inside, hand in hand.

"Because we do a lot of carpool road trips. And my grandpa gave it to us for free," Luke answered.

He grabbed the last of the bags and headed back to the garage. I followed him even though there was nothing for me to take. He put the bags in the trunk and closed it. Then he walked over to me and pulled me into a hug. He kissed the top of my head. Then his mom walked out.

"Alright, love birds. Get in the car. It's time to go," she said.

I felt me cheeks flame and Luke chuckled at me. I playfully pushed his shoulder with a smile on my face before hopping in the car. Luke followed and we went all the way to the back. Liz opened the garage and started the car. She drove out and we were on our way to pick up our friends.

I looked over at my house as we passed it and saw my mom scowling.

Bye bye for now, bitch, I thought.
