The next few days were almost perfect! Emma got books from Mary Magaret, which she read when the woman was at work. The book she liked most was called Harry Potter. The blonde finished it on the same day she got it. When Mary Margaret wasn't at work, she showed Emma the city and they went eating ice cream together. David showed her the police station more precisely and even took the girl to a case once. They had been looking for Archie's dog. Almost the whole day they were walking through the forest. Emma couldn't remember when she had ever laughed as much as she did that day. She could finally feel free again. Just as the sun went down, they found the dog sitting on the most beautiful place Emma had ever seen. In the middle of the forest passed a river. Above it was a beautiful old bridge called 'Trollbridge'. The sun shone brightly through the different types of trees and let the water sparkle. The two of them sat down next to the river. David held Pongo, the dog, on his leash and together they watched the sunset. How the sky changed its color. From light blue to yellow, then to orange and red and finally to black.

Only one thing was missing.

Regina.

Today Emma had her first real appointment with the brunette. She'd see her again the first time since she left the house a week ago!

Nervously, the girl sat on the couch with the third part of Harry Potter in her hand. Her palms were sweaty and the moister was already reflecting on the back of the book. Every now and then, the girl wiped her hands on her jeans.

She'd been sitting there for an hour, staring at the open book. But she hadn't read a word yet.

Regina was all that was on her mind. What where they going to do? Would Regina tell her something about herself? Would they get to know each other?

"Emma, let's go." Mary Magaret said and Emma threw her book aside. She ran to the entrance and put her shoes on in record tempo.

After a five-minute drive, Mary Magaret parked in front of a large building. They went up a couple of stairs and finally stopped in front of a wooden door.

"I'll pick you up in an hour. Have fun, Emma. "Mary Magaret kissed the girl onto her forehead and walked out of the building. Emma smiled as she thought back to the first time Mary Margaret did so. She was very surprised but quickly got used to it.

With trembling hands the blonde knocked at the door. A moment later she heard the melodic voice.

"Come in," was the only thing she said, but it was enough to make Emmas heart beat faster, she reached for the cool door handle and goose bumps appeared on her skin. Slowly, she pushed it down and opened the door.

And there she sat. At a large, white desk. A few papers lay in front of her and she held a pen in her right hand. With a small smile she looked up from the documents and put her pen aside. Emmas heart beat quickened. The smile ... Wow! Just perfect.

"Hello, Emma. Come on in and close the door, "the brunette said. The girl did as told and shyly closed the door. Then she looked back at Regina. What was she supposed to do now?

Regina was focused on the documents again so Emma glanced over the brunettes body.

The dark brown hair framed her face. Her brown eyes were shining. The light makeup that she had applied emphasized her lips and cheekbones.

She sat upright in her black leather chair. Her gray dress framed her perfect figure.

Regina cleared her throat briefly. Emma noticed how long she had been staring at her and blushed deeply. Embarrassed, she looked at her brown boots, which Regina had given her as a present. A smile formed on the girls lips.
