Luke's P.O.V.

"Luke I-I just don't know if I can risk it happening again..."

Those words rang in my head cause me to have headache. I couldn't lose her again and as my eyes were scanning her trying to figure out what to say my eyes fell on something that made me smile. "I see you still wear it" I say breaking the silence in the small room.

She looks up at my confused and I take a step closer to her where I can smell her wearing her favorite perfume and lifted the necklace and her eyes widened before a sentimental smile came on her face "The necklace I gave you when I slept over your house on our three month anniversary" I said smiling down at the pendant as I remembered she was mad at me that day. We agreed not to get each other anything but when I saw it in the shop I knew it would be perfect for Rachel and I had to get it.

"I remember that day" she whispers as she takes the necklace from my hand and opens it to reveal our names still in the hearts.

"Rachel I promise you nothing will come between us again. There was nothing worse than not having you in my life for the past few months" I say as I take hold of her hand and intertwine our fingers "And then seeing the pictures of you with that other guy broke me."

She slowly tried to let go of my hand but I refused to let her go, not again. "Rachel I don't know what to say to make it up to you or for you to even understand why I did what I did but I never want you out of my life again. I will even move back home with you just to be with you." Her head snapped up and she looked at me surprised but I was serious.

"Luke you can't leave the Janoskians when you guys career is moving so fast ahead. That's not fair to the boys" she said shaking her head.

"I don't care Rachel, I'm not losing you again." I have never been so serious about something in my life before but I knew I was serious about her. The first few days were the worst and the boys will be able to tell anyone. I was irritable, moody, quiet, and just not myself and I know they didn't say anything but I saw it taking affecting them too so I tried and acted like I was fine but how could I be fine when I know that I left the girl I love broken hearted and across the world.

"I can't let you do that" her angelic voice said.

"It won't be your choice it will be mine. Like I said I don't want to live without you again or have to find out on twitter or Instagram that you are with a new guy again. What'd did you even see in him?" I asked and I saw her facial expression change from a soft one to hard and irritated.

"He was there for me when you left. That's what I see in him. I know Joe won't ever lie to me if he has to leave me for whatever reason unlike someone I know. He was there when I was still crying over you and he made me smile again. That's what I see in Joe" she said as she started to get louder.

I had to stop myself from rolling my eyes or saying anything else that might offend her because then I'll be right back where I was before. I took a deep breath and asked a question I was scared to know the answer to "Do you love him?" When the words left my mouth her eyes grew wide and she broke eye contact with me. I really hope she can't hear my heart slowly breaking.

In the slightest of whispers I heard her response "No" and just like that the pieces were slowly coming back together. "But Luke I really have to think about you and me. I can't give you an answer right now" she said before she turned and walked out of the small room. For the rest of the night it was just glances between us but knowing that I do have a chance to be back with Rachel was all I needed to keep trying to get my girl back in my life.

When we left the bowling alley the boys wanted to go to other places but I needed to finish editing our new video. It was old footage of our last day in Sydney when we were doing 'Awkward Hotel Situations' and Rachel had the idea to steal a couple of the golf carts but security came before we made it too far and we got banned from that hotel. It was worth it. I paused the video with it focused on Rachel's smiling face and I couldn't stop the smile on my face.

"Why do you look like a goof?" Jai said walking in and dropping on the couch next to me. "Aww" he's looking at a picture of Rachel" he fake swooned while pinching my cheeks.

"Back off" I yelled and slapped his hand away. Since Rachel and I ended they have been bugging me every chance they got about her

"Don't worry bro, you'll win her back" he said patting my back and heading upstairs. I looked back at the picture of Rachel on my computer screen and felt a whole new determination come over me. I am not going to lose her again.
