My Final Decision...Maybe?

Even though vidcon is over a few of my British friends and I decided that we would stay a few more weeks and enjoy L.A. a little more before returning back to our normal lives. I got to see a lot more of the place than before and I really started to think about moving out here but I know my parents would never allow that. After leaving the bowling alley I haven't talked to Luke more than just some small talk because I decided not to mess up the good relationship I have with Joe and go back into one I'm not sure about. When we got home Joe and I cuddled for the rest of the night and just talked about our plans for the rest of our stay. Some of our friends were leaving tomorrow and would only leave Troye, Joe, Alfie, Zoe, and I in the huge house and honestly I was looking forward to it because when it was just us in the house it felt like more of a family living together to me and I loved it.

"Are you sure you guys have everything?" I asked Marcus and he goes over his mental list checking. "I don't want to have to send anything in the post because you didn't double check" I say as I sit on the arm of the chair while we wait for our ride. After dropping them off at the airport we were going to go to Malibu beach and just enjoy a day of doing nothing.

"I'm good" Marcus says happily and started moving all the bags closer to the door before making his last rounds around the house.

"I'm going to miss you chummy!" Zoe says walking down the stairs with Louise. They nickname they have for each other always made me giggle because it is so unique and yet they are the only ones I know with it. They both respond to it as if it was their real name most of the time. "Give my love a kiss when you land okay?" she says while putting down the bag she was carrying.

"Guys you can save the heartfelt goodbyes until we are actually at the airport, you still have an hour ride with her." I say to the pair as I walk back upstairs. With the amount of people in the house changing we now had the choice of moving to another room if we wanted to. Zoe and Alfie rooms are now next to each other and I moved into the room across the hall from Joe and the other rooms are guess rooms for if any of our friends decide to sleep over or just fell asleep and didn't feel like going home. I walked out of my new room the same time Joe walked out of his and he looked at me and smiled

"Why hello there love" he said as he said as he smiled at me and wrapped his arms around my waist and I gave him a kiss "Looks like I have a new neighbor" he joked as he quickly looked around my room before someone yelled downstairs that our ride has arrived

"Don't try anything funny you two. I don't want to hear any banging during the night" Troye said from behind us and I blushed as I looked at him in disbelief.

"Aww is little Troye lonely?" Marcus teases while pinching Troye's cheeks. Troye rolled his eyes before slapping his hands away and climbing in the back of the van. I looked back at my friend and tried not to laugh at the fact that he was pouting so I made my way to the back with him and cuddled next to him for the ride to the airport. Joe was on the other side of me holding my hand and running the back of it while humming along to the radio.

I didn't realize I fell asleep until I was woken up by my phone vibrating letting me know I got a text message. Before I could grab it and check it Troye got to it first and read who it's from. He looked irritated at the name and I looked at him confused until he mouthed 'Luke' and started typing away on my phone. I sat there looking at him as my mind started to wonder what in the world he could be telling him especially since he was in his protective brother mode. He handed me back my phone and I quickly opened the messages from Luke.

L: Rachel we really need to talk

T: This isn't Rachel but you need to leave her alone. You already messed up once and she is happy again with Joe so stop trying to mess that up

L: Who the fuck is this and what are you doing with Rachel's phone?

T: This is her best friend Troye and I'm telling you to leave them alone. If you love her like you say you do then you should let her be happy and that's clearly not with you.

After that there was no reply but a little notice under the last bubble from Troye saying the message was read. I looked up at him and he was facing the window with his eyes closed. I let my phone locked and leaned into Joe as he wrapped his arm around me and I tried to fall back asleep. A few seconds later my phone vibrated again and I grabbed it quickly and read the message. It was from Luke and all it said was 'I'm sorry'. I didn't know what to reply back so I just let my phone lock and ignored it for the rest of the ride.

When we finally made it to the beach the sun was shining bright and the water wasn't freezing cold so this was turning into a beautiful beach day. Joe and I were laying on our beach towels under the umbrellas when I started hearing giggles and gasp around us. I opened my eyes and saw a few people standing rather close to us covering their smiles with their hands. I tapped Joe who started to dose off while tanning and he raised his sunglasses and looked in the same direction I was. "Hi we were wondering if we can have a picture with you guys?" One of the girls said nervously. We both smiled before jumping up and dusting the sand off of us

"Sure we'd love to" I said as the stood next to us and took a few pictures with us making different faces. "Thank you" they say as they walk back in the direction I think they came from and I wrapped my arms around Joe. "I could be like this all day" I admitted which cause him to hug me tighter and rest his chin on top of my head "Me too love".

'So why don't we just stay here longer' I started thinking but before I knew it I was thrown over his shoulder and saw our stuff getting farther and farther away which can only mean one thing...we are heading towards the water. "JOE PUT ME DOW-" I started yelling before being under the water. I broke the surface to a bunch of laughs and glared at Joe who was smirking back at me.

"What's the point of coming to the beach if you weren't going to get in the water?" Joe said while trying to hold in his laughter. He turned around and started running when he saw I was chasing after him and I jumped on his back and tackled him into the water. He got me off his back and I managed to open my eyes for a second before they closed again when I felt his soft lips on mine. I wrapped my legs around his waist as we slowly came to the surface for air and hear 'oooohhhh's' from the shores. I wiped the water from my eyes and opened them to be met with his gorgeous green eyes.

"Come on you two, we have videos to film back at the house so c'mon" Zoe said while waving at us to the van. I looked back at a smiling Joe and gave him a quick kiss before I started jogging to get my stuff. I am excited for the video I am filming today because we are doing a homemade music video to Nobody's Perfect by Hannah Montana for throwback Thursday, some question and answers, a few tags, and some challenge videos so it's going to be a fun but busy next few hours.
