Daniel's Pov
I know we just started to become best friends again, and I'm extremely happy. But, I'm starting to get feelings for her. Is that bad. It's just she's so funny, and gorgeous. And I want to be able to show her how much she really means to me.
I should ask her out on a date. And I'll bring her out for Chinese food because I know she loves that. I want to do everything that she loves.
I don't want to do something huge, I know she doesn't like that stuff. I'll save the big part for something else.
"Did you hear anything I said" Corbyn says waving his hands in front of my face.
"What" I ask shacking my thoughts away.
"What were you thinking about" he laughs
"Maggie" I sigh
"Oooooh really" he grins sitting next to me "Does someone have a crush" he says poking my chest. My cheeks start to heat up. I think I do. "You do" he gasps
"She's just always on my mind" I say throwing my hands in the hair. "I don't like the fact that guys are all flirty with her. I want her to be mine" I confess
"Ask her out but on a friendly date. Then when the times right ask her out on a real date" Corbyn says
"Do you think she'll say yes" I ask
"Duh. She always gets a sparkle in her eye when you walk in the room. Her smile grows bigger when you talk to her." he smile. I look down smiling.
"Don't worry bro. She will definitely say yes" he says patting my back.
"I should wait" I say
"No. Don't wait to long" he almost yells
"I'll ask her to dinner tonight" I suggest
"Make it seem like a friendly thing though" he makes sure
"I will" I laugh
Corbyn gets up and leaves and I take my phone out to text Maggie.

Just those texts from her made my day brighter. She just has that affect on me. Making my day better.
I feel like I'm moving to fast. Like I just got her back into my life. I don't want to ruin everything so soon. She's so special to me right now that I can't let her go.
Something about asking her out feels so right. Like I should've done it a long time ago.
What if I never forgot about her. What if I was still her best friend even after I left. What if I never let her cry over me.
I'm such a bad person for doing that to such a sweet person. She didn't deserve those tears.
I did forget about her. But that happened. What happened happened. I can't change it. Now I just want to focus on the future. Preferably my future with Maggie.
A.n: I'm so sorry I didn't update in a while. I just had so much ideas going threw my head. I wrote some stuff and deleted it, then wrote other stuff but deleted it again also😂
