Daniel's Pov
"Is she ok! Is she doing better! How are they treating her! Are the doctors good! Is she gonna be out soon!" I ramble to Michelle as she sits beside Jonah
"Whoa Whoa Daniel slow down" Michelle says as her eyes go wide at all of my questions
"Sorry" I say more softly "but like-" I start but she cuts me off
"I don't know how she's doing" She answers
"Weren't you just there?" Jonah asks as he looks at her confused.
"What" I say, clearly confused at her answer
"I went there and asked to see Maggie. But she told them that she doesn't want to see anybody unless it's her parents" She says "I miss her at home" she softly says
"She'll be out soon babe, I promise" Jonah says as he wraps his arm around her.
I feel my heart break even more as I see them together. Everything makes me miss Maggie. Everything reminds me of her or what we used to do.
I can't wrap my head around the fact that she actually broke up with me. It's been weeks and I can't get over her. I can't forget about her. She's always at the top of my mind.
"I hope" Michelle softly says as she sighs and looks up at the ceiling. "It's just hard you know. Seeing your best friend loose herself and hit rock bottom and go to rehab." She says as she wipes under her eyes.
We sit in silence for a couple minutes, none of us knowing what to say.
"Michelle?" I say, breaking the silence between all of us.
"Mhm" she hums
"D-Did Maggie ever tell you why she broke up with me" I ask.
Michelle has to know why. She's the only one, other then Maggie obviously, who would know why she did that.
Since the second I walked out her door the day she broke up with me, that questions' been at the top of my mind. I've spend nights laying in my bed wondering why she did it. Rethinking everything I've done with or to her, to see if I did anything wrong.
"I remember rushing home after she called me, to see her on the floor sobbing" She starts
My heart feels like it drops to the ground as she says that. The thought of her crying literally kills me in the inside.

Michelle's Pov
I rush home from my little date with Jonah after Maggie called me crying her eyes out onto the phone.
I quickly run inside the house and close the door behind me, running into the living room to see Maggie on the floor, sobbing.
"Maggie oh my god" I say completely shocked and broken at the sight of her.
I sit down on the floor beside her and pull her next to me. I softly start playing with her head to try and calm her down.
"Take deep breaths ok Maggie" I softly and slowly say.
I take deep breaths of my own so I can demonstrate to her. Soon enough she starts taking deep breaths and calming herself down a little bit.
"Ok, now what happened" I ask
"I love him so much" She cries
"Who?" I ask confused "Daniel" I say
"I-I broke up with him" she sobs into my chest.
"What! Why!" I gasp.
Oh my god, I would've never thought I would hear those words from her mouth.
"I'm a monster" she cries "I'm s-so much to h-h-handle and he probably hates h-how annoying and a-aggressive I get" she stutters
"Maggie. He loved you so much and only wanted to help you" I softly says as I pull her face away and wipe her tears
"No!" She loudly says "I do nothing but bring him down! I deserve to be loved by nobody!" She cries "He's to good for a lost person like me" she says
"Maggie no. Everyone loves you and you deserve all the love in the world" I say and pull her into a tight hug.
"There's no happily ever after for me. This is the end" She says

"Oh my god" I gasp as she finishes the story "Sh-She really s-said that" I ask
It almost made me cry as she explained to me what Maggie said. Oh my god, Maggie deserves everything. I can't believe this happened.
"That wasn't even the worst of it. She got so bad that I didn't know what to do. I had to call the doctor" Michelle sadly says
"Oh my god Maggie" I softly say
"She'll get better" Michelle sniffles "I know she will" She says as tears fall down her face, but Jonah wipes them. "She's the strongest person I know" she says
"For now" I sigh and take a pause before continuing. "This is the end" I sadly say

I'm actually so sad that this book came to an end cuz I love writing it so much. It's so sad but this is where I knew it had to end.
