Maggie's Pov
I'm excited to go to diner with Daniel. We did that a couple of times back home but not a lot. I kinda miss it.
I quickly get changed into white skinny jeans and a black shirt with my black nike sneakers. I do my makeup, it's not fancy but it's also not to casual.
As I start to walk out the door I realize that Daniel didn't tell me where we were going. Ya I should call him.
Call with Daniel🔥
"Could you maybe pick me up" I ask.
"No hi, no how are you. How rude" he says
"Sorry. Hi Daniel how are you" I say "is that better" I sass
"That's better" he says
"I don't know where to go so could you pick me up" I ask
"Huh, little miss independent women isn't so independent" he laughs
"Come get me" I laugh
"I'm on the way" he laughs before hanging up.
Time skip
I get it in car and as Daniel laugh.
"What's so funny" I ask
"Independent women huh" he laughs
"Shut up" I laugh hitting his arm. "Let's go I'm hungry" I say putting my seatbelt on.
He chuckles as we pull out the parking lot. We start blasting his music singing along.
Time skip
We step out of his car and walk into the restaurant side by side.
"Table for two please" Daniel smiles at the lady
"Right this way" she smiles taking us to our table
We sit down and she hands us our menus the walks away.
"Are you a potato" I ask Daniel
"So your calling me ugly" He gasps
"Maybe" I laugh
"Well if I'm a potato, you're a potato" he says crossing his arms
"Fine. We'll we potatoes together" I smile
"Fine" he laughs
We both flip threw the menu trying to decide what we want.
"What are you getting" he asks me
"Chicken with Cesar salad and fries. What about you" I say closing my menu.
"I'm getting steak with Greek salad" he says
"I'm stealing some of your salad" I smile
"Fine. But I'm stealing some of your fries" he laughs
"Fine with me" I smile
"Hi my name is Lily and I will be your waitress. So what would you guys like to order" she smile, mainly at Daniel.
"Ugh. We just said what we wanted before you came" I mumble
"What was that" she asks
I look up to see Daniel giggling.
"Oh. Nothing" I smile. She rolls her eyes
"What would you like" she asks me
"Can I have the chicken with Cesar salad and fries" I smile.
