When you sleep and when you're awake

Please just try
To move on with your life
Get married; find a wife
I want you happy when I'm away
Not sulking in sorrow and dismay
I want you happy; cheerful and fine
Bless your life like you did mine
But please don't come crying
I can't hold your hand and that's terrifying
I can't help you in that state
And I can't come home; please don't wait
When I'm gone, carry on. It's not the end; it's your start
And just know that I'll forever be in your heart
