I've lost you
Nothing I can do
With her, I can't compete
Apparently she makes you complete
She's got beautiful blue eyes
That reflect the summer skies
She's got a breathtaking smile
You get hypnotized for a while
She's got long, shiny, flowy hair
That flies with each breath of air
Her pretty dimples decorate her cheek
In comparison, I look like a geek
With my glasses; thick rimmed and black
Everything she has that I lack
To dark eyes and black curly hair
A model to a classic nerd when compared
She's pretty and I'm not
Maybe not what you thought
She's popular and I'm just smart
Thinking back to our very start
But I know one thing, she'll break your heart
And you'll come to me to fix it like art
You'll come back to me cuz she was everything that I'm not
You'll come back because you two fought
And I'll be waiting, out of the kindness of my heart
Because I can't bear to watch you fall apart
You don't know the reason you left me for sure
But I do; it's because I'm not her
